I enjoy her hairstyle. She looks natural and real. ^^ No extensions or such.
But I really dont like the outfit. >.<

I don't particularly like the hair do or outfit, but in general she looks very classy and professional.
And she looks older because she IS older.

She looks very beautiful. But this hairstyle will look even prettier without the turtleneck. Wait until she wears a plunging neckline or something lowercut...Then we'll really be like O.O Ayu-chan...is that you?

I actually think that outfit would be better had she been wearing a pencil skirt or something with the top. It's not OMG horrid, but just doesn't look great on someone her age.
