Woohoo! Got my tenso invoice!

For those of you having trouble logging in, are you definitely using your tenso phone number (that should be the number you used when you made your order)? I always removed the spaces/dashes from it first before logging in, too, so you might want to try that. Otherwise, maybe it's a temporary error on mu-mo's end?

Mine arrived at Tenso today as well! I only ordered the shirt and the total usage fee is 1990 yen (service fee 490 yen + EMS fee 1500 yen).

Just paid Tenso their usage fees so they can ship my shirt! I can't wait to get it! How long does it usually take for them to ship the item once you pay them?

Do you have Google Chrome? If so, it can automatically translate the website for you.

@asmayumi,that link will re-direct you to tenso .so,there is no way you can check your tracking code at there.mu-mo will send you an email regarding the tracking code.
but don't worry.your t-shirt has been sent to tenso.i think tenso should've emailed you to ask you pay for the service fee+shipping fee.

I received my shirt today and I love it! I ordered the smallest size and it is quite wide but because it is a unisex shirt, I figured that it wasn't going to be a woman's size small anyways. I can't wait to wear it and show my support for Japan and Ayu! :)

I just paid to Tenso. And I think it'll be here by Monday or Tuesday. Can't wait for mine :D

yeah.it is slightly bigger than i expected.i bought s size but it is actually look like M size to me XD

You'll 1st receive shipping notification from mu-mo and only when tenso receive the package, they will send u a notice.

I placed mine on the day it came out (I think; if not, it was the day after) and I still haven't gotten anything.

did anyone of you receive. an email from mu-mo? it seems that the date of delivery was delayed.... if i'm not wrong mine was delayed till 28th april. originally, it was supposed to be shipped out today =/

Is there any information on how much the t-shirt raised for victims of the disasters? i'm interested in seeing how much it contributed since buyers would be donating and getting something so the total donation amount should be pretty impressive!

Got my T-shirt a minute ago! Whoa, so fast! It was sent on the 21st of April = 3 work days! and we had a bunch of holidays here this weekend, it's crazy! It's more than 11.000 km, a package from Japan never made it in less than 10-14 days, I'm truly stunned :)

Mumo have sent out my order which was supposed to be sent out on the 25th and delayed to the 28th.

The postman had arrived to my house when I was home. I didn't realized when was he came. But that evening, my Dad found the notice said my stuff should be taken at the post office. Sheeeshh.. I hate postman who don't know to ring the bell :no

^ when they have more packages to carry they tend to leave the biggest ones in the post office and just take the advice / note with them making you go and get it yourself, strangely mu-mo packs this t-shirt into a huge box that could fit 7 T-shirts like that :)

Don't worry, they'll keep it. I had a letter sent out last November. It's still sitting in my hold box. :P

My shirt hasn't arrived at Tenso yet, the expected shipping date from mu-mo appears to be 25/5!! So lucky you all who have already got theirs coming!! I can't wait for mine to arrive, hoping that the print is sturdier than my CDL 09-10 shirt (parts of the shiny silver rubbed off on one shoulder leaving it white and patchy ;_; )

Try flipping it inside out when putting it in the wash. It protects the shiny parts. My shirt is still as good as new because of this! ^^

they're still holding my last TA magazine, so they may hold stuff more than 1 month. :)

My Dad just brought back the t-shirt home :D But it's kinda big than I thought. But never mind..

they held my TA membership card for about 1 1/2 to 2 months before i had them send it to mt. i wouldn't worry about them sending things back.

I got an email back saying there is no time limit on paying it...but...they already charged my fiance's card without me authorizing the payment, which I thought was strange. So I guess that means I will get my shirt soon.

^Yea my fiance checked his account a few days ago and there was a charge for about $25 from tenso, which is the amount of my shirt and their fees...but I never hit the pay button my tenso page. I just emailed them asking about it, hopefully I won't get charged twice. My fiance is already mad because of it and told me we're not ordering through a middleman again. >.<

by the way...my t-shirt fits HORRIBLY. it fits like a girl's t-shirt kind of...really wide at the bottom and the sleeves are really tight and short. ugh. :(

BY THE WAY, if anyone wants a size S, i would be happy to sell it to you for the amount i paid, just so i get my money back. since they don't fit, i only need to keep 1.

I've only washed it twice so far, inside a delicates bag so I thought it would be safe. I think it actually came off when I wore it, perhaps on a seatbelt or something =| I now make sure I wear a bolero over the top when I wear it, just in case!!

got mine today! I'm usually a M in US sizes and that's what I ordered and to my surprise it fits perfectly. not too big, not too small, not too short or too long. absolutely perfect. it's the best fitting t-shirt I own now. so comfy I want to live in it forever :laugh

^ same here, I'm M in European sizes so got M and it fits, I just wish the collar's bigger, it's a bit too close to my neck, I'm not used to that :)

Japan's sizing is very... interesting. An M or L probably would have fit you better~

I think they did expect guys to order them since they don't seem to be a ladies' cut from the photos I've seen of them.

yeah, its not just that they are sized differently, its that they are VERY obviously ladies cut tshirts. maybe some people got men's somehow...but the ones i have are definitely ladies cut. :yes

well, i feel very confused, because some foreign male fans bought the shirts and said that they fit ok...

but on mine the arms were super small and the bottom was really belled out, exactly how female shirts are typically made. so, i have no clue what happened there...

makes me sad that i can't wear them though. :(

Wow, the HOPE shirts are a bit smaller than her normal shirts~ Probably a different shirt manufacturer or something.

Ayu doesn't really make men's / women's shirts, only sweatshirts. The sizing is meant to be unisex.

*And since you brought up PoM shirts, the material used for these shirts is really weird... It looks like it's made with plastic or something O_o...

...does it feel like plastic though?
