Well I just watched SNSD's Oh! performance from last night on Music Lovers (a japanese show) so some people are still uploading. If it is the case that no one is uploading it then honestly stuff it won't really affect us because Ayu only appears on tv like 4 times a year anyway LOL and half of those appearances are eventually released on DVD (A-nation & CDL). Anyway from what I understand some Chinese Ayu fans have acces to Japanese satellite TV so I guess all is not loss.
I think this law is specifically targeting people that upload commercial goods such as DVDs, CDs and games.

When it comes to the three or four main uploaders/cappers from Japan, they have all suspended their activities.

Yeah, that much was expected. She wasn't on the cover when she did her Dior Addict shoot in 2007 or when she did her Vogue Nippon spread for Tiffany or some other jewelry line.

Ayu actually did not attend in 2009, 2010, or 2011 so I'm guessing that she may not show up at FNS this year either. However, since she has all these releases coming up, it would be nice to see her since her performances at FNS are usually awesome.

She hasn't been at the usual year-end shows for a while now. I think she appeared at Best Artist in 2010 and that was one of the last programs she was on in terms of end of the year ones besides Kouhaku.
