Talk about luck. I got seats on second floor, B section out of 2 different lotteries for 29 and 30.
But I also bought almost nice seat on first floor D section for 31.

I saw some tickets selling at 17K~ 40K Yen at Harajuku ticket reseller..

I didn't want to spend much, so it was 18500. But good seats are sold from 25 to 30 000 yen and more. For example I payed 24 500 for great seat last year.
And I'm not talking about arena seats, these always sell way more expensive.
If you have choice don't ever buy at reseller-shop, they sell even worst seats at the price of best ones, just crazy.
Yahoo auctions are the best way, especially if you have Japanese friend to buy from them for you.

They usually announce it around now if it's going to happen. WOWOW will likely do one but not live. I hope they do a live one though tbh.

I'm still hoping for USTREAM....but last year she didn't do it so my hopes are starting to disappear.

Those are probably set aside for later sale? I think they did this with the concert this year... or was it last CDL?

Every ticket website including TA has only a limited amount of tickets in their lottery.
And I think they also safe a few for sale at the arena.

You could try resellers, maybe they have some cheap bad places^^ I mean when you see it on another day near the stage, why not come on the 31st even if it´s a bad place^^

Tho I was wondering that because in Japan it's already 11:40pm and the show should have started at 18pm, shouldn't the official setlist be out? like, usually japanese people announce it via mobile phone during the concert itself, right? or am I missing something stupid? ;-;

As for the opening, it could be what you said... or maybe something like wake me up switching into feel the love at the end? something à la BRILLANTE-evolution medley from a nation '12. idk, too many possibilities. I'm not too convinced on wake me up, as she used it for her last cdl tho.

edit: what about INSPIRE? she seems to be using this song quite frequently lately. Opening for both A nation '13 and asahi dream fes, plus chosen song for kouhaku!

Yeah, the whole conceptual thing is mostly reserved for tours, which I can kind of understand considering the CDL is only performed on three nights and is meant to "ring in the new year" (or whatever it's called). Anyway, the setlist looks good , but short. I'm hoping for a good encore, a "LOVE again" ballad would be nice.
Is there still not any word on live streaming (or have I simply missed those announcements)? I know JustinTV (or something) had one last year that I watched, I'm hoping I'll be able to watch the CDL live this year as well. :)

I'm really pleased with this setlist ! I wished so much that she sings WE WISH !!! But she has a lot of songs in her discography so that's difficult to choose only a few of them in order to create a setlist with older and newer songs ! I would have loved some songs from I am..., duty, my story or next level but I look forward to this CDL maybe the ENCORE has some surprises ?

This is one of her best setlists ever! Very short so far, but it's missing the encore, and we never know, there may have other songs she's not rehearsing like INSPIRE, since it might be the same performance from Kouhaku. Anyways, I'm sooooo hyped!

I think she should create a cool intro and open with We wish. It could be so cool! Even though this list is short I'm more than happy with the songs chosen other than You & Me. Love that song and it was perfect in ABL but a different song would have been better since we've been getting it so much since its release.

Yeah..I kind of agree..but I enjoy You & me like, it's really fun.
