There are some amazing album-tracks. I wish the Intro had been made into a full-length track, it would be awesome!

My two favorite new songs are "stardust" and "Beautiful World."

Also, today Bitter & Sweet is at #5. I haven't been keeping track all week, so I'm not sure what the sales/rankings have been throughout the week.

Wow! Bitter & Sweet came in at #5 for the week, and sold 29,581 copies! Way better than any of the singles, congrats to her! (The album deserves it, so well done!)

#5 is pretty good considering her singles don't even make it to the top 20. Good job Beni ( :yes )! I wish I had extra money to buy this album ( :weep ). I really like the CD only version.

Actually "Mou nido to" made it to #20. But the rest of the singles, unfortunately, did not.

EDIT: I don't know if any of you realized this, but Bitter & Sweet is her best selling and best charting album...ever! (With Sony OR avex!)

^ Yeah, thanks to the success of Mou ichido. I forgot about that one. But I don't understand how she can have a single at #70. #70!! That's like, virtually non existant. She won best new artist of the year at JGDA a couple years ago, but it seems no one cares... And I loved Koikogarete, it deserved waaay more than #70 (I still can't get over that number). It was even performed on music shows on TV but that didn't even help...

I thought she was with Universal, not Sony.

BENI came in at #9 this past week, with 22,232 copies sold.

So that means, her history has been like this:

1st Week: #5 - 29,581 sold (29,581 total)
2nd Week: #9 - 22,232 sold (51,813 total)

That's insane! Over 50k in 2 weeks, and her singles did not even come close to that! That just shows how awesome she is, how well this album was made, and that she's finally getting some of the recognition she deserves. :)

This is amazing...not only are these sales way beyond what I expected (or anyone expected, really =P), she hasn't taken much of a decrease, and has been top 10 for 3 weeks! I don't know how or what promotion she's doing, but it's working. If her sales stay like this, she might even break 100k...

Those are excellent sales for a low-key artist like Beni. It actually has potential to get to 100K ( :yes ). She deserves more attention, she has a great voice and she's drop dead gorgeous.
