The song is the ending theme, but what is being shown in the TV spot video that I posted is NOT the actual ending animation of the new season of Vampire Knight. It is just a video showing random clips and previews from the new season.

No, it will not be the same song. ON/OFF recorded a brand new song that will be used for the opening theme and it is called "Rondo." You can hear it here in this video:

I was talking about music too. In the new season of Vampire Knight, BOTH of the opening and closing songs are NEW, they are not the same ones they used for the first season.

I'm not sure what you're saying. The ending song that I provided a download link for is just the music ripped directly from the TV Spot, so yes, it is the same thing from the TV Spot.

And skip turn step♪ reminds me of hopskotch, this game I played as a child. But it does remind me of Ballet too, since her new outfit is like a Ballet outfit.

Ummm.... just a random point I noticed but... isn't that the same "hat" Kanon wore in still doll's cover/ PV???

It's not exactly the same, the still doll hat was brown with black net on top with extra bits, this ones white with a gold trim a lot more plainer.
