I think her ASIA tour might come later. Like AT08.
(why isnt AT09's DVD announced??) Im guessing she will announce the album early Feb, to be released in Mid-march |
I wanted to wake up at 5 am to see news... But I gave it up... That was good decision, cause in this time there wasn't any new info... And now is only list... But it's better than nothing.
|
just realize the ticket price is higher...and from the discussion here...the jump is quiet high...hopefully that with higher price, avex will change the stage concept and give her extravagant concert like AT06 or boat from AT08, something really extravagant
|
its funny to hear pple saying that ayu needs her rest but then hurrying her for an album release notice. =x
I dont think the tour schedule is tight. It's just usual amounts. with concerts every weekends. isnt it like that for most of the tours? |
higher prices. I hope that means a very extravagant big show.. I'm definitely buying tickets

All I want is a title xD;. |
Wow. This is awesome!
And her last tour date is on my 20th birthday :D |
or probably once the album info is released, we have all the covers, tracklist all at once!
|
wow, I may finally get to watch Ayu live now... I've had two chances which I missed already (Asia Tour 2008 in HK, I was in Hong Kong 1 week before the date, and Next Level tour 2009, I arrived in Osaka airport 20 minutes after start of concert :( ). Hopefully someone can start a thread with advise on how to get tickets :D
|
Quote:
Isn't the "How I made it to AT06" thread basically already a thread with advice about how to get tickets? Haha. You can also ask other members about it for help. If you end up wanting to go to the same venue/date, you might even end up meeting up with them! It's inevitable that she'll add more dates... but the question is when? She's only got two Yoyogi dates this time around, and the last two years have each had five Yoyogi dates... hm. She also has about 7 more dates in the initial announcement than last year [24 -> 31] |

|
^ Omg! Sorry, I know I just bump into this thread and stuff.. and you talked to someone else before, but are you really offering your help to get tickets?
I hope I can go to Tokyo as well this summer and the last 2 dates of Ayus show would be perfect for me. I'm just making rough plans, but if I can go, could you maybe help me, too? ..aw, I am being inpolite, I am sorry. The thing is that getting tickets was one of the biggest problems I had / have.. |
^Yep. ;) There are plenty of ways to get tickets, I don't mind helping you get them. ^^
|
^ Thank you so much! Would you mind if I added you to my friend list and write you again as soon as I know whether I'll be going or not..?
|
No probs. Just PM me anytime ^^
|
Wow, possibly 40 something tour dates? Insane. I hope she rests or something, like have a long hiatus afterwards...
|
^ Yes. I am excited about the upcoming tour since if I am lucky this will be my first time seeing her live, but I am worried a bit, too.
She should take a rest. Not too long, but she definately should. Quote:
|
yay, another tour! I think this may be her biggest one yet!
|
Maybe she would be adding dates for the autumn campaign, but it's too early to tell...
By the way, that tour schedule is already up on Ayu's official website. Here's the link: http://avexnet.or.jp/ayu/jp/schedule/index.html#live |
Wish she reduces the tour to the already announced dates... With a-nation, CDL, promotion, and recording & PV shooting abroad, Ayu's yearly schedule is always kinda crazy
|
Everyone's assuming her schedule will be crazy this year, but we don't know what her schedule is really truly like. We know she is going to London at some point, and we know she'll be doing tour rehearsals and then the tour. Last year, she went to the US and had tour rehearsals at the same time, and then started the tour shortly afterwards, so she's basically starting the year off like she did last year. Thankfully, she doesn't have an injured hand to deal with.
We don't know when her album is coming out. Maybe it will come out around the start of the tour, and that'll fit in with the promotion. She'll be in the Tokyo area, where everything is filmed, so it's not like she'll have to travel across the country just to film one TV show. And with a-nation, we don't know how much she'll be participating in it. The current end to her tour is pushing really close to what will probably be the start of a-nation, so she may not perform much in it, if at all. |
She is working too hard know! I wish she was taking it easy like 2002 where she only had 1 album, 3 remix albums, 5 singles, 2 nation-wide tours, a-nation and cdl ;----;
or like 2001, where she only had 1 album, 1 best album, 4 remix albums, 6 singles a Dome Tour and Cdl ;-; |

I have high, high hopes I will be at one of those last two shows. On the 24th or 25th of July.
|
Just to let you guys know, an artist usually doesn't have to do much, if anything, with remix albums. A DJ is the one who remixes the songs and puts together an album, so there's nothing hectic in that department...
Also, this is obviously Ayu's life, singing (she has said so before, yes?). So I'm sure, even if she is overdoing it, she's happy, and no matter what, this is what she would prefer to do... So if that's how it is, I don't think we should stop her because of it, or think that people are forcing her to do it. Besides, I don't think she's nearly as busy as whenever you guys said she was "taking it easy". >_>.. And I can guarantee that almost every single thing is at least partially her idea... Doesn't mean we can't or shouldn't worry about how hard she's working, just that we should realise this is what she wants. |
^
^ ^ I think Andrenekoi was being sarcastic, right?? xD well... I think she'll be adding more tour dates for october... that's what she has been doing the last 2 years and seems that she's happy with that... mmm well... really I'm being selfish cause I wll be able to go to Japan only if she adds dates for autumn.. xDD |

^Nops, I wasn't! Ayu was very lazy some years ago! She should promote, tour and release more, like Hikki ¬¬ Come'on Ayu, u r boring me with all that lazyness!
|
Quote:
All it is is annoying to me. |
^This was meant to be annoying, cuz them u will understand how I feel (annoyed) after more than a month of people talking like Ayu was made of glass, or was about to die... She is not going to explode all of a sudden ~~'
If she is exercizing half of she was on her documentaries, her body is most likelly well prepared for touring, and even to hold more than 2 concerts a week like she is doing... People over here talk like she was a block breaker or something, but her tours are not as heavy as a Broadway musical or anything like that... |
NEXT LEVEL had 26 dates originally without the added ones.
This one has 31! So this one might really be the longest if it will have 4+ additional shows. Wow. Last year the additional dates were added two/three weeks before the tour started. There is usually a demand for 8 dates so it should be 39 if it will be like this again (and ayu's longest tour). |
when can the public buy the ticket?
i hope i dont have to spend $600 this time... |

|
You people are never satisfied. You complain that Ayu isn't releasing a lot stuff but then you have the audacity to say "Hey Ayu, slow down!" :P
I'm glad she's working hard to give us an awesome show - that's her job and I'm totally grateful for it. :) |
So it's only the dates from April to July that have been released?
I wonder what else they are planning... |
I'm planning to go for the Arena Tour 2010 in May, if someone is willing to go with me just send me a message and we can discuss :)
|
definitely means a new album coming our way soon ^^

Team Ayu can start buying tickets today, until the 26th of january. After that everybody will be able to buy them...
http://fc.avex.jp/ayu/tour/ayu2010_live/ For what I can understand, Team Ayu with this pre-selling tickets have a ticket for sure,, but without knowing the seat, right?? someone who knows how it works, when they are supposed to choose the seat? after he 26th?? |

I have more info in this thread: ;) http://www.ahsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97531 |
^ Hm, it's nice getting a chance to get them early in TA, but I think you guys should be guaranteed a seat number right away, since you're in her fanclub and all. :).
|
I think giving random seats, even to TA members, is fair.
If it is a "you can pick your seats" situation, everyone that is sitting at home will get the good seats as soon as the tickets go on sale, and others that are busy in school or work will be left with seats at the back that aren't all that great, you know? |
^that's how it works for the rest of the world... the early you buy the tickets the higher chance of getting good seats... also good seats mean higher price...
well since the price for the seat on the far back and for the seat in the first row are the same... yes... is fair to get random seat... but I'm sure they won't put TA members to the far back of the stadium... maybe around A/B section? |

Thanks for all this news !!
Just a question : i'm french, and i'd like to go to Japan in june. Does anybody know how to get some tickets ? On a web site, or if someone in japan could help, this would be nice. Thanks for your answer. |
Quote:
When I went to the final day of AT09 I had a ticket bought from e-plus and my friend who's in TA had almost the same seat of mine but in the opposite stand ^^; Buy tickets from TA doesn't guarantee you a good seat, it's just easier to get a ticket ^^; |
ayu pls pls pls come to canada!!!
haha...i wish |

But tours are where the munny's at....and I suppose it's more fun... I think the random seats thing is fine...as long as they're all equal in some way. |
I'll be going to the first show in Saitama. I'll be crossing my fingers about her voice.
|
I am also going to her 1st concert at Saitama. Already booked my air tic, anyone wan to meet up so maybe we can buy tic from resale shop and go watch together. I will be going to tokyo with my bf but my bf doesn't wan to go watch Ayu concert, and i will be alone T_T Any 1 interested can msg me.

|
I'm also going to the final (or final 2, if possible) concert in Tokyo :) Looking forward to it
|
I'll go probably in autumn if she adds dates for then, that I think she will... so I would go to the last 2 days in Yoyogi ^^
I hope she will announce it soon ^^ |
I knew going to Japan in April is a good idea, I'll be in Tokyo just for the first two concerts so I'm going to attend one of them, probably the second one :) I soooo cannot wait :D

This looks like it's a lottery to get tickets, so it's not 100% guaranteed you'll get them.
It should be open to the public if it's linked to via avexlive and not just for TeamAyu... |
^ Okay good xD; LOL.
Whether good, bad or crazy, my whole purpose for going to Japan is to see this woman xD; And I am NOT leaving until I do. |
I'm planning on going for the first show in Saitama and the last show in Yoyogi!! ^^
|
Wow I got really lucky in the TA lottery. I signed up for 4 shows with two tickets in each show. I got 6 tickets. XD Don't know the seats yet since they are sending the tickets to my house, lets hope for that they are good! :)

After you buy the tickets, do you not immediately know what seats they are? You have to wait until you receive them?
I'll be going next year (provided there is a tour...) and I want to know how to get the absolute best seats possible. |
MissElin_, which shows are you going to by the way? :P

But thanks for the info. :yes Quote:
I hope I can go for the last show in Tokyo. |
does anyone know if the public sale is opened?
|
I think the public lottery for tickets has been open for a while now. But the deadline passed yesterday, I believe...
|
Annouce the tour's album already :(
Last year NEXT LEVEL was announced on 13th February. =P It's 9 more days... Hopefully there will be news before that! |

I really can't wait anymore...I need informations nooooow!!!*haha* |
anyone got saitama ticket to sell? Either 1st or 2nd will be fine
|
I really hope I can go to one of the ones in April as I'll be in Japan then.
What are the best ways to get tickets? |
Personally, I'd say resellers shops. Go a couple of days before the concert and there should be enough tickets available to choose which one you want (or, how much you can afford!).
The last couple of years I've got a B-Block ticket for around ¥15,000. This is on the arena floor, and close to the centre circle of the catwalk. Plenty close enough for me. Then there are tickets for the stands and further back on the floor which are a lot cheaper, and closer to the official sale price. The website I use is: http://www.yokohamaticket.co.jp/ticket/ticket-music.cgi Check nearer the time, and they'll start to list the stock they currently have. Some tickets are sold in pairs, but they'll probably split them into singles if you want one. Hope that helps! |
YAJ is a great way to get tickets, but those are often very expensive, and since foreigners can't order off of YAJ, you'll either have to order them through a middleman, or if you have a friend in Japan, ask them to do it for you. That's how I ordered my tickets for AT08, and I paid 10,000yen (roughly $100 back then) for a ticket at the top in the back.
For AT09, I got my tickets from a reseller shop. My friend got tickets two days before the show, and paid 30,000yen for a pair of tickets that were right next to the side of the stage (first-level up). We bought a pair of tickets for 12,000yen the day of the other show, and those were in section C, right next to the middle stage. Of course, knowing people in TA or in Japan who are able to buy them via phone or convenience stores is great, too, but those sell out extremely quickly. Or even knowing people with free front-row tickets is great, too. (I almost got a pair of those for AT09, but didn't know she had the tickets until the next day DX) Just buy tickets however you feel comfortable most - if you definitely want a ticket before the show, buy them off the internet. There's always tickets available at reseller shops, though, in case you don't want to spend all that money on YAJ. |
Thanks guys!
I have a friend in Japan at the moment who said he would look for me but he's not the most reliable person in the world :no So I'm trying to figure out a backup plan just in case! Are the reseller shops like proper shops or are they booths? Sorry for asking so many questions, I just want to be absolutely sure for when I'm over there. |
Well, the Yokohama Ticket places are shops that have the tickets in glass cases, so you can see what they've got. Just find the person behind the counter then point to which one you want :)
EDIT: picture for example: http://yaplog.jp/cv/ar125/img/1994/i...23034448_p.jpg |
^ Ah, that's the one in Shibuya.
@powpowparn - Reseller shops are always buildings. Look out for "tour posters" (like in this photo) and lots of glass cases. The tickets are always in glass cases, and the cases are always decorated or have signs with the particular artist / tour. In the ticket thread here, there are descriptions of where each of the reseller shops are. The pictures Matthew and I posted are from the reseller shop in Shibuya, which is a really good shop and has a really good selection. I personally wouldn't recommend the shop in Harajuku on Takeshita Dori, because they never seem to have a good selection. |
Have tickets gone on sale yet? I'm thinking of asking anybody I know in Japan to buy a ticket for me but I don't know if they're on sale yet...
|
i wish i know someone who has connection to the front row seats lol
every time i go to yoyogi to watch her concert, i spend more than $400 :( but it was arena C, so it was worth it :) |

The re-sellers shop like the one in Shibuya, there is one in Harajuku and one in Ueno as well. If you can understand japanese a little, you can ask the sells person to look in the computer to tell you if the other stores have tickets as well.
When I went at Shibuya location, I didn't find tickets I wanted so Elin (thank you!!) asked for me, for the guy to check for me. Ueno had tickets a little better, but very expensive. And Harajuku didn't have much... I ended up buying at Shibuya. Ayu was in the front glass to the right of the shop's door. |
I'm planning to go there on the 15th and 16th of May in the Yokohama like I went last year.
I sent 30 000 yen to my friend who lives in Japan so she can buy tickets again for me :d I was in the A bloc, very good seats very close to the stage. Lets keep our fingers crossed for those who attend to go there ... :) |
