I can't believe I just found out about this!! I'll totally participate. Ayumi means the world to me and this is my duty as a fan! Do I just send my short video and info to the email address and I'll be added to the members participating list?

What's the current status of the project is it still on? Is there an estimated time/date/place you guys are going to get the DVD's to Ayu?

I must confess I know about this project for so long, but I hadn't decided if I'm going to participate or not...

well, no updates cause... well... the main work is from everyone do to the videos... the only thing I can control is to try to get the other things done before september (graphics, introduction, menu's...)

JUST TO SAY STH ABOUT THE DEADLINE~

as I said, the deadline for the designs, intro clips, menu, etc have to be done by the 31st of August so afer that the only work will be with the clips... BUUUUT....

I'm teh one making the box, recording the DVD and everything, I'm GONNA do it for sure... and the deadline is open until we know we can give it to Ayu... And I'm planning on going (with gigipan* and maybe meet there other fans) for the CDL 10-11 And If I'm going I want to give her the BOX by then~

So keep it in mind... I will tell it for sure if I'm going... but think that maybe the deadline will be 31st November ^^

I lost the chance to be part of the book because i haven't had time to make the letter due in time, but this time i'm not going to miss this especial opportunity because I really, REALLY want to tell Ayu how i feel for her music and how she has helped me in lots of rough situations in my life.

Aura and you all, I just had an idea that I think it would be SO cool. What about making a Who... music video? I mean, Who... is the most significant song from ayu with her fans, so all the people participating could record themselves singing Who... and then, we would mix all the clips and everyone would appear in the video. It doesn't matter if you can't sing, this is not a contest. It could be used as an ending of the DVD, it would be so touching. I can do the video editing for it, I don't mind and I can assure you I won't let you down with this.

REMEMBER

Send you video with a text document with what you said in English! You can speak in every language you want, even japanese, suahili, I don't care XDD But english text please!!

To do it easier for Hatix wehn sending your clip and english text put your NAME/USERNAME in the file name of both, the clip and the text.

For example:

Clip: aura~1.avi
Text: aura~2.doc

There's some important things to be done before september (31st August deadline) that are the video introduction, the design of the box, covers and booklet and the design of the DVD menu. For the DVD menu and other extras there were already peopel who could do it, so unless something happens the only works that will be selected in a contest will be the video introduction and the designs.

I'll work on both contests right now ^^ As with the cover of the AWiO book AHS users will be able to choose their fav design or intro video, this will be fair ^^

So well... anything more!! The important info about how to do the clips and to which person you have to send it is in the first post ^^

And please post it in other pages, if you are in a website you can take the clips of the users there and send it all together *O*

One question for Hatix: I know you'll be converting all the videos (for which I am thankful and of which I am not at all envious x_x), but is there some kind of base format/resolution that'd be more helpful?
