Haha, yeah. Those things often have to do with people misinterpreting the Japanese. They see "175man" (in kanji) and think that means 175 million, when it only means 175 x 10.000 = 1.75 million. I saw errors like that with flumpool XD. (175 million song downloads, WTF?)

the only 'strong' release of sorts which will drop this coming Wed is Suga Shikao's 10th album FUNKASTiC

then again he's not really a strong singles/albums seller to begin with but other than that , I don't see that much competition going on for albums til probably July when YUI released her 4th album

YUI haven't release an album since 2008's I LOVED YESTERDAY but yeah it's already confirmed she will release her 4th album on 7th July

Suga only composed/wrote Aozora Pedal for ARASHI

for KAT-TUN , he only provided the lyrics for their debut single Real Face while B'z's Tak Matsumoto was in charge of the kick ass melody :D

I wouldn't be surprised if YUI's new album will sell well since like what I said before , she hasn't released a new album since 2008

& she has been getting 100K & above for her singles sales in recent times but yeah hopefully it wouldn't be a disappointment as I LOVED YESTERDAY was , where the album tracks were really samey

I still think CAN'T BUY MY LOVE is her best album release to date

& oh yeah , not to pour cold water on everyone but there's ARASHI who hasn't release a new album since 2008 too :innocent & since in recent times they have enjoyed a HUGE amount of popularity re-surge after releasing Step and Go , I don't know if their 9th album will sell like crazy

then again Johnny's albums do not sell as well as their singles but I don't know LOL

^ I lost interest in YUI somewhere around after LOVE & TRUTH (<3) was released, after that I only liked Namidairo and again. Her previous album sold 100k less than GUILTY and it was released in the same year and My Short Stories barely broke 250k ^_^

Definitely being in top 10 next week will be awesome for the sales...

I guess that fans also knew that I LOVED YESTERDAY is not as good as CAN'T BUY MY LOVE which explained its lower sales figure

YUI is pretty much guaranteed 200k+ at least. All of her singles have been selling more than 100k and around the level that Ayu's sell, and it's her first album in around 2 years. I doubt it'll live up to its predecessor. 300k+ might be hard.

I also think that by the way YUI has been selling she's guaranteed at least 200K.

So happy for Ayu; last few days of yet another week and she's still in the top 5!
