In the recorded PV preview at first we can see in a small window how Mannie is shouting nd ayu is going away fro him crying...

I think they are a couple but argue for whatever... who knows which will be the ending... if happy or sad... we'll see =)

Oh, and yeah, Mannie is from Austria but I think he's half Italian!
