Maybe I'm just not used to how American artists release yet? Because I'm ready for Katy's next album too and that's pretty recent :laugh I'm too used to Asian artists and hectic releases of new material.

I didn't find the best part of Rihanna's song not even being her humorous either.
Avril's part is what caught my attention and I loved it and thought Rihanna had changed her voice slightly and made a new sound because it didn't sound like her. I loved it. Still do. But come to find out it isn't her at all so I can't give her props and it lessens my appreciation for the song considering it wasn't even made specifically for this song but sampled from a completely different song. Pretty significant for me and made the difference and that's all that matters when it comes to whether I like it or not. As Avril, not Rihanna, said, "Yeah Yeah, Yeah Yeah!" |

It's really sad that one of Rihanna's fans died... and died listening to one of her songs. :( Somehow I can feel that struck a chord in her. I mean, it would in almost anyone, right? And those pictures of her with her fans are adorable. <3 Someone said something about her ignoring her fans once... She must have been in a hurry. She looks happy enough to meet them all here. Really sweet. |
I've heard Cheers twice on the radio now, I love the song.
Anyways, she just finished recording a new EP, and it's going to be released in the Fall. MTV published an article calling it an album, but I really think they mean new EP.
