I really like My Baby, the lyrics are nice. And sweet sweet is another fun insane song :laugh

I think that,judging by Ayu & Kuu experience, although they're from avex, you have to first find yourself an image, when it gets sucessful keep it & work your ass off till you get some good sales done to pay back all the expenses put into you by the company, and then you can do whatever you want :laugh

^ Actually, avex's strategy for Kumi was to not let her do any TV appearances (aside from PVs) in the beginning of her career.

as for Kuu, I believe till FFX-2 & real EMOTION her promotion & stuff wasn't much
but I guess after that they started to reinvent the promotion strategy and make her ero to oppose the usual cute kawaii suagar image jpop is, and they had amuraa already for Namie, so I guess it was a good point to make Kuu stand out with her aka X-tina 'Dirrty' image + usual kawaii part to be still appealing to jpop, kind of :)

Well, that makes a lot of sense. I think that Thank you, LOVE was a bit off. I know its a pun because "san" is 3 and that's what the first half of the "thank" sounds like with a Japanese accent, but it really sounds like "san kyuu" which sounds like 3 then 9. And its not her 39th album, lol.

if it will be 'for you, love' it will be expected.

I would rather prefer For your Love, so sick of comas lol or simply For LOVE.

It should just be "For you Love" Like Utena, getting sick of commas and periods xD

the single is another lovely kana single! "sweet sweet" is my favorite b-side. :heart

I dunno about favorite b-side... Grab Bag was pretty epic too. I love both equally :yes

Thinking of you was my fav b- side for a longer time, now its My baby and Just the way you are. Oh yeah, LOVE IS BLIND is awsome too.
