Is (仮) in the official title?

That character just means the title is "temporary" or "subject to change". (the 仮 character literally means 'fake/not real') It will not actually be in the CDL title.

This tends to happen a lot with 未定 which is usually a title placeholder for releases. It just means the title hasn't been announced yet, haha.

Is fan's name printed on Team Ayu ticket? Do they check it at the venue?

Yes if you get it on TA your name is printed on it. But they didn´t check it at the venue. I didn´t have to show them my TA card or something.
As I know the only concert this was checked was the Limited TA Live Tour

I think it's just promoting the CDL since you can pay for tickets with a Yahoo!Wallet.

I watched last year's USTREAM as a "prelude" to this year and it was pretty amazing, so I hope for the sake of those that can't go and want to see it that they'll announce it again.
