I agree, her vocals sound bad. Though I'm sure they'll make the final version sound better, or at least I'm hoping for it.
The lyrics also reminded me of Voyage, and I'm also not a fan of how they sounded in the live version, that was too Disney (I love Disney songs, but not for Ayu LOL)


On another note, I wish they could change the lyrics to Japanese for the final version, Namie's English obsession is bad enough imo, I hope Ayu won't do that as well >.<

I thought that ending was really fitting even if it did sound a bit Disney-ish, haha. It was placed in the prime spot of 'final song' before encore. Can't wait to see the footage!

^ Yeah, I'm expecting to like it more when I watch the performance in the DVD, maybe all that "final song before encore" feeling can make those arrangements fit better. But the audio... I don't know, I don't hate it, it's just that I really don't think that Disney feeling fit Voyage, I prefer the original arrangements much more...

Other than Ayu chiming in, I thought the arrangement was pretty much the same. The English is a lot more obvious though in the lives.

This can get messy. Things like "she hasnt actually found a real love" and "Avex hooked her up with those three guys" etc.....

Whatever. Is the song entirely in English? sounds like it. Im here for Engrish. Im also here for the fact that ayu sounds like a mess on the song so its suddenly an infamous classic for me like Nelly Furtado's HIGH LIFE HIGH LIIIIIFFFFEEEE.

In that song snippet she sounded like she is screaming the chorus out of her... Hopefully the finished product sounds... more relaxed.

it sounds like they have the vocal track maxed out with the music down low... thats not the finished product...
lets not forget that this is also, most likely, taken via video phone and those mics are horrible.
