Anyone here knows if you can usually get more than one ticket for his birthday lives when you're a fanclub member? I'm thinking about signing up in order to get a ticker for me and a friend but there won't be any point in paying the membership fee in case I can just get one ticket.

I actually entered the damn fanclub for 7000¥ to be able to get tickets. I am so fucking pissed now, because having to pay 7000¥ for the fanclub and then an additional 37000¥ for a ticket is just ridiculous. Honestly, fuck him.

I'm a bit behind on my Gackt albums but bought Rebirth on iTunes months back and am loving it. 4th through to Sayonara are flawless!

^I was a massive Gackt fan until the re:born album. I hate it when artists release singles then throw them all together and call it an album (aside from rehashes there's basically no new music on the album). After that his career gets confusing and messy.

It's not confusing, it's non-existent, he's doing random shit nowadays, like whatever gets thrown at him, and is at least a little bit of his liking.

I really used to like Gackt and his persona but earlier this year he posted something on Instagram that quite triggered me. He posted a picture with talent model Roland and used the hashtag "#we'renotgay". I don't know where this comes from, but it sounds like people thinking that they are gay is a bad thing, a very alpha male thing to do. Taking in consideration that part of his career was "pretending" that he liked boys (Moon Child, all the fanservice in the concerts, etc etc) it's very weird for him to say that now...

He's said and done some stupid shit. I'm not sure why he would need to proclaim that, but maybe he's just fed up with that image he used to give off and now just wants to get rid of it. But then again, everyone who's ever seen him on any variety show knows that he's into women, so i don't get it either. His words and ideas make no sense sometimes, like he lost the logic.

I also really used to like him as a teen but as I grew older I was very put off by his constant alpha male behaviour and how he was giving advice on sex for men like every other day. His advices actually made me weep for all the women who had to put up with him during sex and even the last bit of a crush I may have had on him during my teenage years was gone immediately. lol
Therefore I'm really not surprised by this (sadly).

I wasn't as bothered with his alpha male BS, most of the time it just amused me. He's got some decent manners and knows right from wrong when it comes to the ladies, but like the older he gets the more ridiculous it's turning to be.
Also anyone who's been a GACKT fan for a long time won't be surprised by anything at this point, we're so immune to his crap it's like "get over yourself, mate!" lol
