Ah, I guess it was just an information ban that was not lifted and also a misunderstanding with the company doing it. Maybe they thought release was supposed to be 7/12 instead of 21, lol.

This brand definitely should've done their research and spent more time with their ads prior to their official launch. But, hey, we all start somewhere, and they can only learn from here. I like that Ayu's the face of their launch, it's about time she came out with more lenses anyway.

I think Ayu sent this message because it was not supposed to leak so early. Or maybe the contract was still not signed and they started promoting it. It is a mess indeed.

And I didn't like this promo picture, she looks empty, with no emotions :(

If they are not ready to advertise the product, I wonder why they keep pushing to launch the product. Really not a good way to launch the product.

That's really a mess. I'm so confused about 1) Ayu denying a collaboration but then 2) we're given many updates and now 3) herself posts on Twitter about it that I don't even care anymore... :no

^ I wonder if it was just Ayu's english that we misunderstood. Didn't know what words to use or how to explain it so calling it "fake" was the closest to what she meant? This happens to me too far too often especially if I'm in a rush to explain something or a misunderstanding and just completely can't find the right words to explain myself.
I mean, obviously it wasn't fake, we could figure that out ourselves because of the video.

This ads are so poorly made :~ The edges of her hair are very blurred and also her arms. But she's looking good on the yellow picture!

1st one is beautiful but others look amateurish :no big NO from me. why didn't they fix her hair on 2nd? 3rd is just flat

She's definitely wearing them in the 3rd pic, you can see it in full size especially when you increase the brightness of the screen. I also think she's wearing them in the other pics as well, but they look a bit more natural. I think tinypic reduced the size. Here are the links for bigger size:
