If that guy was covered in KK merchandise, wearing JAPONESQUE long sleeve t-shirt and said “Koda Kumi Forever“ then yes, it was me. lol Did you say:”oh it’s the same t-shirt”? I wanted to stop by & chat but it was a crazy day for me and I was in a big rush.

I’ll now be in Osaka for 2 additional days due to the typhoon. My Japanese friend told me that there’s a Koda Kumi themed party at JACK IN THE BOX club tonight at 9pm. I might go check it out.

Koda Gumi is reporting that STRIP will be released on subscription services this Wednesday the 16th.

Edit: Just read about STRIP coming out this Wednesday. Since it's less than a month now for the album (WHERE ARE THE COVERS GIRL??) I'm seriously thinking of not listening to it until the whole thing comes out. I already got bored of Eh Yo and DO ME, OMG is going down the same route, Summer Time never really clicked to me... Just GOLDFINGER and Put Your Hands Up! still sounds fresh to me tbh. I'm afraid I'll be already over this album when it comes out :(

STRIP IS A FUCKING BOP TBH hold out if you can...I still can’t deal with how gorgeous she looked in the dual-JAPONESQUE-Kumi vid they played during the song at the concert. And for the scenes where she’s in a box, the outfit looks almost identical to the nude dress with sparkles that she wore during Dance In The Rain at the WOML tour.

@Gustavopc this is what happened to me during TRICK's release. She was playing all the songs that were interesting during her OH MY RADIO show and, when the album was out, I didn't care about the rest of the album. I would recommend to not overplay them, if possible.

I'm not so sure I'll be able to record the concert this time around. To watch both dates you pay almost the same price for the CD+Blu-ray version of re(CORD), and even for a single concert it's even more expensive than the CDL. If someone gets it and is willing to share, I could record it. lol

Couldn't resist cause of the positive feedback on the song/video and I FREAKING LOOOOOVE IT, sounds so polished and the bridge pre-chorus is so good. Can't wait for the full thing!

Interesting that they share the interlude movie as promo for the tie-in. They make it clear in title and description though.

STRIP is a very interesting song, great sensual instrumental and atmosphere. Really like it cause the song takes its time to unfold (Kuu's rap, too).

It costs the same as the CDL if you buy both concerts though.
Making the single ones 200 Yen more expensive is a simple business decision as they want people to watch both. But 200 Yen is not much anyway.

And we don't know yet how they will release re(LIVE) on DVD. Might be they sell both concerts seperately while also offering a bundle of both...

STRIP is great! The rap part doesn't bother me and the pre chorus and chorus are so good. I wish all these singles had instrumentals available as well, just like HUSH / LIT / NEVER ENOUGH.
