Yeah!!! Ayu new album!!!

Then again, that's probably what she and Avex are trying to accomplish by releasing so many singles. MY STORY only had 4 songs that people could judge from. This album is going to have 8, which is equivalent to 'I am...' I believe.. Plus, she got new/brought back old composers, so there's a lot more variety in the songs. And with the DVD, I don't know, I think she might be able to pull off a mil. I don't think anyone is going to be releasing an album in January anyway, a lot of the notable artists are releasing things by the end of this year.

I think the album will break a million, but just barely. I'm more worried about the single though, since people already know when the album is going to be released.

just learned about sum "other news" i found out about today

i was thinking, mayb the reason y ayu is releasing a new single n a (delayed) new album is mayb cos otsuka ai is releasing her 3rd album on 12.14. from 2002-2004, ayu has always released her albums on the week b4 christmas:
RAINBOW: 12.18 release
Memorial address: 12.17 release
MY STORY: 12.15 release
so since ai is releasing on 12.14, mayb avex pushed her album release date to 01.01? n since the dates btwn the release of HEAVEN n her new album r too far, so mayb the release another single? if her album wasnt pushed bak mayb "Bold&Delicious" n "Pride" might've been on the album instead of a single.

of course this is all just "mayb", another reason for this sumwhat "out of sync" schedule could b cos ayu wanted to do this.

most probably, how did I AM... sell if it was closed? But if shops are closed, the anticipation would increase! ^^

i'm pretty sure it will hit a million, its just a matter of how long it will take.
..and i doubt it has to do with ai's release. ayumi's had many releases simultaneous with other big artists, i dont think thier worried about that.

as for the album, i'm not too excited, as ive only really liked 2 of the 8 songs. (alterna & will). i guess we'll just have to see.

I hope this album will be as exciting as I AM.. To be honest i think Fairyland was a waste of time i hope it is not included on the album but Alterna should be!!!

I think this album will definately break the million mark. STEP you was a great hit, fairyland and HEAVEN did much better than most singles released this year, almost all the PVs released this year were good, her MY STORY tour was no let down, 2005 has been a great Ayu-year and she will definately end it with a well selling new album. I'm betting this album will even outsell BEST ~first things~ by Koda Kumi, the only thing I'm scared of is the fact I (heart) you by Mr. Children didn't sell that quickly, but compared to MY STORY (which was rather a weak year for Ayu) which sold 1.mil quite easily, her new album will have no doubt outsell it!

Fairyland wasnt a waste of time, I think the bad reactions towards it is caused by Max Matsuura's confidence in the single and the budget of the PV. The hype almost killed the song. If you listen to it without any doubts, I'm sure many would love it. The song is beautiful! ^^ The next album I think will easily reach 2 million, the songs are all fantastic, especially STEP YOU, and the b-sides..
