Nana 15th August 2006 10:26 PM

Obviously, no one else can type it for you since you are the only one so far who has heard about the incident. Care to share since you have so many people interested?

Didn't she threw him out because he did something bad or something? She left him on the street? Well, she did it to one of her dogs.

Nothing like what I thought she was and the Simple Life Paris is fake - she said she made her own personality up for the show - "It's like a game" she said.

That's also an image, just like her "Simple Life" personality. That down-to-earth image and this whole "I'm very smart, I'm a succeful Entrepreneur" bull***** is so fake as the "Fake Blonde" Paris. She's controlled by lots of agents and managers, the woman don't really have any control over her image... you should see her manager when she came to Brasil to promote her perfume, it was depressing, he was correcting her...

Plus, she's such a liar.

I dislike her, not for the obvious reasons. She wouldn't bother me if she was just a ditzy rich girl, but all this devoted fans (just because she is rich ¬¬), this whole controlled image, her annoying interviews. Eww...

But her songs are OK... not awesome, but not bad either.

Her eyes look weird everywhere.

I don't like Paris because she's famous or because she's "paris" I like Paris because she is who she is and she doesn't care what other's think. Once again the world listents to Paparazzi and Tabloids and puts a name ot a description. Who said you have to be super smart and talented to be respected? I mean she sings good enough that you like her music, and aren't holding your ears, the music itself is nice. And her TV show is funny. I mean just like Jessica Simpson she FAKES the idiocy for ratings. She's smarter than she looks, we're just too dumb to beloieva ablonde wit nice boobs has a brain. But hey, I guess that's what society tells us right?

Plain and Simple - Her album rocks. All but two songs were incredibly done.

YOU GO PARIS

And MOST pop stars are controlled by their record companies and managers, not everyone has the freedom they so wish to portray. They only get away with what their labels say they can get away with. Either way, I'm buying this CD. And I don't care who says what about it.

Easily the best vanity project I've ever heard (not that that's saying much) and one of the better American pop albums I've heard in a while. I think it succeeds because it's totally unprententious and fun, and more importantly my expectations for the album were remarkably low. I've grown quite fond of Paris' raspy wheezing/singing and the songs themselves are more than just tolerable, they are actually really enjoyable. It doesn't hurt that the cover is gorgeous, and her lazy eye even looks stunning on it. Going out to buy the CD might not be as embaressing as I thought it would be.

Oh no! She got you...! :scry

The only problem with her is just that she did get this record only becouse she's famous, not becous she can sing a bit. Would it be better to give all those songs to some gal who actually has vocal talent?... But yeah... it's all about market values, not artistic values today.

Sakura_Genki 16th August 2006 07:28 PM

I'm Going to Buy a Copy of It Just so I Can Burn It >:]

//hikari 16th August 2006 11:39 PM

i'll laugh when her album sells better than ayumi's in comparison.

Terri 16th August 2006 11:46 PM

I think Paris is really hot, and an alright person

That's what it's all about anyways

These songs wouldn't be what they are nor as good as they are without Paris singing them. They just fit her voice so well.

pbs1605 18th August 2006 10:31 AM

I like the first single but i dont know if i could listen to a whole album of her.

No_Doubt 18th August 2006 05:12 PM

I'm really surprised how solid her music is. I didn't hate "Stars are Blind" as much as much as I wanted to, or even at all, but I thought it was just a fluke and was expecting the album to be awful. But after listening to the album I really don't have any big complaints. Maybe I'm just thrilled that Paris didn't resort to producing angry white girl music that most people who make a record because they can tend to make.

Eternally 23rd August 2006 02:39 AM

Wow, I don't know what you all see in this album....but this "music" and her "singing voice" is as vapid and shallow as her. It's funny how this album was how I expected it to be...with her whispering "ooooh" "yeahhh" "that's hot" with some beat you would hear in music at a club. Lol. It's so lame how she tries to come off as sexy, but I think it comes off as hilarious. All this reminds me of that Samantha James character from that "Just Friends" movie.

Kodayumi 23rd August 2006 09:02 AM

The album is out in SIngapore..i think 3 days ago.=P

drewbilation 23rd August 2006 08:14 PM

One of the bonus Japanese tracks is supposed to be a cover of Blondie's "Heart of Glass." Awesome <3

Lumix 23rd August 2006 09:03 PM

Do you know why are her songs nice? They're similar to songs by other artists that used to be popular some time ago.
