I'm going to be in Japan during A-Nation, so it was my plan to go.
But the locations are not working for me... I'll be in Sendai on August 8th, so I miss that performance. I leave for America on the 24th, so I'll miss the Tokyo performances...

I think the closest one for me would be the Gunma performances. I'll try to get there somehow!

ayu_fan929 17th April 2007 09:27 PM

^I don't think they're going to Gunma. Do you mean Hyogo/Kobe? (The 2 performances before Tokyo)

I wonder if there's some sort fo rule for romanizing things in caps/lowercase. There must be some reason why they do it for certain names and not others.

To make it look good.

Oh man...I wish I was back in Japan...but I'd rather see an Ayu concert then just a-nation. And it's too hot in the summer.

Maybe they want it to sound "English.."

Since Japanese people have a tendency to put some things in all caps for emphasis.. D:

I doubt it. It's like if there's a reason why in "STEP you", only the "STEP" is in all capital letters, and the "you" is all in lowercase...

It's a super hype :laugh

I do hope it's better than last years (in general). It seemed boring last year.

hiroshi_ben 18th April 2007 01:09 AM

well more performancers and venues/dates please...It would be so cool to see Avex artists going to more places

narty518:I only saw miyagi,shizuoka,hyogo/kobe,ehime(that is a bit far unless u travel form Osaka...cuz it is in shikoku) and tokyo...and i didn't see gunma in that list...maybe u can go for the kobe one because it is quite near to sendai...am i right?

ayu_fan929 18th April 2007 05:34 AM

It's kind of strange they are going to Ehime and Shizouka instead of Fukuoka and Nagoya...

NO..it's not strange at all...they should give chance to other places of Japan too...and there are lots of people from Shikoku/Ehime who like Ayu/Koda Kumi too...:) And i like it that they always change venues every year...but of course Tokyo is a MUST for them!lol

Btw I just recalled back that my friend had told me that he had took part in A NATION 2005 before at Oita! And he saw ayu!:mischief :irked

atomicguy 18th April 2007 01:45 PM

just to say to the ppl planning on going just set a day, its the easiest thing to get to the place, thats no worry, shinkansen is super fast (i went from Okayama to Osaka last weekend, by car it takes me 4 hours, it took me 38 minutes by bullet-train, so there you go.
i think i won't be in Japan anymore bu then :( maybe i can see one show...no idea

minna 19th April 2007 12:15 AM

I guess. I guess I can see why they went to Shizouka but Shikoku not really since the island doesn't even have that many people.

truehappiness 19th April 2007 01:06 AM

Did they add dates last year? For some reason, I remember them adding some JUST before a-nation started..

hmm no...i had friends living in some of the prefectures from shikoku...and there are lots of teenager/youngsters over there(a lot of them like kuu and ayu too)...and I'm sure with the large amount of people in Shikoku(4 prefectures),it can definately fill up the A Nation in Ehime...and not every A Nation has huge venue like the one at Tokyo.Well let's wait and see.:P

Peger 19th April 2007 01:20 AM

Shikoku has enough people to warrant attention; it's certainly more dense than Hokkaido is.

yes, she is the most popular not just in the a-nation, but also in JAPAN, IMO

about ayu performs last, i think because the best always comes last, and ayu is definitely the best in AVEX!

No, the concert exist to promote AVEX artists. At the time, Ayu was the biggest artist in Japan and she was by far the biggest in AVEX, this days it isn't like that anymore but she's still the last one because it's a tradition and because she made so much for AVEX, so I guess she'll always be the main attraction.

You're right on that one, but Hokkaido has Sapporo which I think is larger than the major cities on Shikoku.

I guess it does depend on the size of the venue.

Miku 19th April 2007 07:40 AM

pretty cool
can't wait =)

~X2RADialbomber~ 19th April 2007 11:02 AM

Don't worry guys, Koda's name has almost alwasys been spelt in capitals on her albums (Except her debut) Maybe that's the reason why?
