I think that it might sell more than glitter/fated, except for B&D/Pride single (B&D was on a panasonic CM) Panasinoc CMs bring good sales, usually.

(STEP you, Beautiful Fighters for example were on Panasonic CMs and the singles sold really good)

it's weird to see avex put BoA and ayu on the same date tho.. unless they think BoA is a less worthy artist at this moment... I mean, have you ever seen two top-graded avex artists killing each other?

ayu usually has double-As now, so maybe one of the A-sides will be a ballad (IF this single will be a double-A, too)?

I'm happy for the new single, but I wish ayu would change her release-pattern. It's usually March-July-September. It'd be interesting to see the outcome, if she'd release unpredictably. Like in months she hardly releases in and styles that aren't expected for the given season (a rock song or up-beat track for winter, a ballad for summer). I mean, it maybe doesn't matter so much what she releases when, but maybe ayu became too unpredictable for some people.

By doing that avex want to bring good sales for both I suppose...ayu's fans will want to support ayu while BoA's will want to support BoA...

Aww, it's sad to see BoA and ayu in direct competition. I hope this doesn't mean they don't have faith in BoA anymore... but I wouldn't blame them after her steady decline in popularity/sales. :(

I think avex will do a last minute change of dates for either BoA or Ayu just like they did last minute date changes to Ai's Planetarium and Renai Shashin.
