The SPECIAL PHOTOBOOK for the album was shot in L.A. as detailed by CDJapan/Neowing, so the previews we see of the pink/black/white/etc. dresses are from these photoshoots for it.

I think if Ayu's bones were sticking out, she still wouldn't be skinny enough for some people. Most of the time, people can't determine a "just right" image for Ayu :<
