Finally i see my RAINBOW

Seems to me like the server really can't handle anything over 120 people online.
It was dying bad at 145, and now theres 177, but it seems to be holding up better than this morning when we were waiting for the tracklist. I think people aren't posting as much as they were lol Looks like now we just have a bunch of guests lurking around. It's 2 pm here...and usually the influx doesn't go down for a few hours...and not sure it will with this info. |
It's not too slow for me at the moment, but yesterday it was pretty bad, I tried to go on it at approximately 6pm GMT and the server was unable to load the homepage at all. I just got a bunch of database errors.

it's not so bad once i actually get on AHS for the fist time... that's the worst for me.. i have to keep refreshing the page over and over because of some database error and finally in about half an hour it comes up

I hate complaining but this is really godawful and unbearable =\ ANY time I try to come to the forum and browse, I can't because it takes (and I've timed it lol) a good 6 ~ 9 minutes for any page to load, if it loads at all. Mostly it just sits there. It's beyond frustrating and a little upsetting, really. I turned off having sigs, but that hasn't really made the site load any faster like it has for other people..

I'm getting "AHS is temporarily unavailable, please check later" all the time, too.
It's down for a couples of hours, then working for a couple of minutes, then down for another couple of hours - at least that's how it seems to me. When it is working though, it's not slow at all. Why is it suddenly being weird though? I know Ayu has a new single + there's the CDL, but does this always happen at this time of the year? Somehow it seems off... did 2008 just happen to be a year when AHS got a huge lot of new members? |

Same problem with me. -_- It really irritates me... Is there a particular reason it does this? Like, they're making updates or something?

Usually, they will tell us they are doing maintenance, or there will be a message saying "We're doing maintenance" ^^ |

Even when I have no other windows open, it still says AHS is unavailable, please check back later...>.< Every 2 minutes I get this, either when I am posting or trying to read a thread...

I get it too. I think everyone does.
I mean, it's like every 2 or 3 minutes. But I noticed something strange yesterday. I was talking to KarenPang on MSN yesterday evening and she said that she could access AHS while I got the "unavailable" message. So, what's wrong? Because it's annoying like hell. |

it has been bad the past few days & I really hope a major meltdown wouldn't occur :weep |
