that's pretty cool and... weird. that picture's from a ViVi cover, and i wonder if they have ViVi's or Ayu's permission to use it.

This is Yesstyle, which is a sister site of YesAsia, which doesn't sell bootleg stuff... so I'm pretty sure they have permission to have Ayu's face on the shirt.

i dont think they have the permission to do it . ayu would never agree to do it , especially not this picture . not a single of her MTRL t shirt have her face and her t shirt tour either ...

It's unlikely Ayu doesn't give permission.

She does the shots for money, they become the rights of the photographer, who sells them to VIVI.

VIVI or the photographer would likely be able to avoid copyright if they don't link Ayu to it - as the shirt isn't called "Ayumi Hamasaki Print" the image holder can probably do what they want with it =|
