It's got a confident, relaxed pop sound similar to Satomi Takasugi except without the traditional instruments. It's notable to mention that Sayuri co-produced the whole thing and wrote the music and lyrics for the title track and that aside from one cover song, "Swallowtail Butterfly ~Ai no Uta~" (which is also being covered by Koda Kumi on her ETERNITY ~Love & Songs~ album), Sayuri also wrote the lyrics for the rest of the songs. A lot of pop singers do write their own lyrics, and it is commendable, but not a lot of them take on production responsibilities which I think is perhaps a disadvantage in artistic terms. Production is where a lot of the creative decisions are made and it could only benefit an singer's development to be involved with that. With Nakano Sayuri being a part of the production process I am very interested to see how she develops in the future and am looking forward to supporting her and her future releases. :yes *Note the obi: her hair is so awesome that it has to be on the obi too! :D Selected Collection: Spoiler:

^yeah, Fedex is annoying that way. what bothers me most though is that (at least here) they don't collect money at the door. They send u a bill and then u have to pay to buy a money order and mail them it, which is an extra $6 on top of the bill i already got.

Amazingly, mine slipped through UK Customs. Really thought I'd get stung on this one. I guess CDJapans "discreet" packaging does sometimes work.

^Wow. cool. I find Canada's customs has gotten real strict and tough ever since the whole 9/11 thing. I guess theyre just concerned about all that stuff. 3 of my CDJ orders were sent by regular airmail and STILL havent arrived.

CDJ is pretty good about resending orders if you don't get your package after a while. You don't have to pay anything extra either. You might even get two packages of the same stuff if the other one shows up later - it's happened to some people here at AHS. ;)
And, yeah, I hate the way that FedEx and UPS do that duty fees thing too. I think they accept credit cards at the door now, though, so I should be ok. |
^UPS will still collect money at the door. Fedex wont. And I don't have credit card, so I just have a small thing on my desk where I keep a bit of money inside in case I do need to pay any customs fees at all. Anyways, I did email CDJ about that one sent Sept 8th that hasnt arrived yet. They said they'll see if they can check into it first.
I just hope the other two dont need to be reshipped. The Sept 20th and 26th ones were my Ayu "crossroad" and "L" copies. I got first press with that shipment. If they get reshipped i wont get first press as they're sold out now...:(:( Oh and then there's one more order that was shipped October 4th, but i ordered that over the weekend while CDJ was having the Free Shipping promotion so i took EMS with that. I just checked my tracking number and it says: "2010/10/06 10:55 MISSISSAUGA International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs" So its in my city. I'm guessing they'll deliver it tomorrow or Monday. |

I got cracked cases with some of my ebay stuff too maybe it's Canada Post, and the're not gentle? *loves blaming everything on them* :P I'm sad though my brand new L CD has a crack in it... but I did it after I got it so I have to blame myself :weep |
^actually the guy who I bought from sent it to me mailed it in a brown paper bag with a single piece of bubble wrap around the CD, but the b-wrap wasnt even held on too well. I was rather upset about that. For this time, it was a nice bargain, but i won't be buying anything again from him if he wont ship things properly protected.
oh and i did that once. I accidentally dropped my glitter/fated cd+dvd single when it first arrived. Problem is, i cant replace the case since we don't sell those double cases in Canada. As for Canada Post, I just love blaming them for everything too. Probably is their fault. I picture them handling stuff the way Jim Carrey did with the box at start of the Ace Ventura Pet Detective movie.:P:P |

@nanakopy87, Utena & Twinkle I didn't buy it from dora. The seller's name was "new-mtk". I contacted him a few times since after my purchase about different things, and on no occasion did he ever reply. The front of the case may be cracked, but the rest is in excellent condition (obi, booklet, CD disk) so I won't bother this one time. I just won't purchase anything further from him.
@Twinkle If you broke your (miss)understood CD+DVD case, where did you find a replacement for those big thick cases? |
