ooh yes, that's true. i think it's just that my standards for singles covers are so low (to my shame haha) so i'm happy to settle with some things that might easily disappoint others. though i do agree that Endless Sorrow and AUDIENCE were phenomenal in terms of the 'message' behind the photos.

Lol, for the longest time I thought it was chaka-uta too. Then I noticed it was chaku-uta and I was like "Damn it, that sounds weird to me!" because I was so used to saying chaka-uta in my mind. But I've since trained myself to say chaku-uta.

Yeah. YesAsia's never increased the price on me in an order if i preorder before they find out about posters. Just this time around I didn't have money to order til after they had added the posters, so I bought with CDJ. Still, it says at the bottom of those posters "Not For Sale", so I don't think they should be able to charge extra for the posters or other First Press bonuses that come with any items.

Chaka sounds more natural to me. Like it takes a lot more effort to say chak-U and then Uta. I'd rather say "Chakuta" lol.

^maybe its more of u just have to be incredibly used to always speaking a lot of Japanese. When I first started I found a lot of stuff to sound weird and even to be complicated to say. I'd get tongue twisted just trying to say things properly. Now it all is just so easy for me from doing it for so long.

Well my Japanese instructor always said that Japanese is a very lazy language actually. Lol.

^The only thing CDJ hasn't confirmed on their site yet is the posters. However, YesAsia's got them listed, so I guess CDJ should be adding those to the preorders and such shortly.

I was thinking about getting CD+DVD of the "L" single too, just because its her 50th single.

Normally, I don't get CD+DVD single, just CD only. But since this is her 50th single, I might get it. Its all depends on what the covers looks like and the tracklist.

Besides long vertical cases and digipaks, what else could the special packaging be? I have a feeling it's a digipak though, since BOTH CD onlys and CD+DVDs are getting 'em. I would LOVE a digipak :yes

it could be a glittery case, sealed in foil, colored case, digipack, long case, etc.

^i dont recall... the my story classical had sort of a gold foil feel on the logo thing. oh and there was a glitter thing in the actual cases of the ayu-mi-x II CDs.

i was actually hoping that the 3 singles (moon/blossom,crossroad and L) will have a slipcase.and at the back of it,there will be an image (just like kuu's 12 single project).but this idea might end up as an argument.

i would love to see something like A COMPLETE where its in a box of some sort, but not just a cheapo cardboard box. imagine if the cd came in a metal box with the cover embossed on the front, or a box covered in crystals that make an A logo or something ridiculous like that? haha, i'd love it!

Something I'd like to see her do is have another one of those contest draws where u can win stuff by ordering the singles before a certain date. Just please not real small cheap stuff like stickers.

Yeah I the foil is a bad idea. Not only will you mess up the foil cover the first time you open it, the artwork on the foil would be impossible to scan. It kinda of reminds me of the major design flaw with Bjork's volta, how it had 2 flaps held together by a sticker and you'd have to break the sticker to get the CD out and you could never close the case again.

The only special packaging I could think of for L is if they made a special case shaped like an L and put 3" CDs inside.

^I had that flaps with the sticker thing happen for korean singer J's english album "Chocolate" as well. Was so annoying.

an L shaped case equals a pain in the butt to store though! it would never fit with the rest of your collection, lol.

I hate how they release information for ayu lately. At least release the full tracklist already ughh. Seriously, you don't just update with part of the tracklist of a release and then not even finish updating it over 2 weeks later. They should have updated that 3 days later at the most.

Agreed, and the way they release music videos a week before the single release. Namie's Break It/Get Myself Back PVs were out for ages before MOON's PV I believe.

The only thing with digipaks is that they're always made of paper which I feel wears out so fast. I dont want the edges to be all frayed after a year.

Unless you listen to your cd like no tomorrow, I wouldn't worry so much about it. Just be careful. The outside is all glossy and stuff anyways isn't it?

You don't neccarily have to remix all the songs. I don't think Ami even remixed one, or even produced a track on that album, but usually DJs are responsible for continuously mixing the songs together for the flow of the album. Not remixing the whole thing.

You could always stick velcro on the back and stick it on the wall like a decoration lol.:D

That's highly unlikely considering there will be 2 posters, each containing 25 images. that picture you posted probably consist of a few hundred. making a picture out of miniature pictures, using only 25 pictures would be one hell of a blocky poster. it would be 5 x 5.

I'm really not a fan of it. They don't even get interesting till her "audience" single. I know it would be difficult to do something artistic with all those pictures, but I hope they atleast try to do something other than the "a complete" flag.
