I understand your concern very well, let me explain my thoughts here too, I hope it's okay, since I'm talking about miwa popularity here too.
My standard will always the same : Sales > Ranks This is my point of view and I know it's a different point of view with Japan media. Japan and those silly media always makes us to think that Ranks > Sales Because of what? Their news. They will always push the ranks to makes everything is really glamorous. It's just a point of view. For example, I'll pick Maaya Sakamoto records. Spoiler:

oh.i did something like this before.it was Dream's DVD.they need us to send the serial code to the address they mention.i asked my middleman if he can help me to send or not.luckily he said yes.so i sent him the serial code and he send the code to the company
