The argument that the songs are what make the sets the same is not really that valid. It's the same as saying that A COMPLETE is roughly the same as A 50 SINGLES because most of the songs are featured on A COMPLETE in audio form.

Actually, Kome [Ayu's recording/studio manager] was in London before her waiting for her to arrive soooo I am pretty sure she is recording there.

Ayu has done this before. She's gone to London and Hawaii to record, and all things point to her recording for this visit. And as its for a month, I think she's written quite a lot of songs to begin recording.

RayJason, I dunno why you think A CLIP BOX is going to have live stuff, but it's all PVs. They just use the studio versions of the songs for PVs/video clips anyway with some slight differences sometimes.

And she just showed a "Welcome to our studios!" bouquet from Metropolis Studios (where she recorded Rock'n'Roll Circus) on her Twitter.

I wonder if the special contents will have the screen movies of her tours...

Tonight I had the most weird dream (or should I say nightmare)! So I got an early copy of this Clip Box in Blu-ray, and started watching, so it started with a CM which I thought it would be poker face and then followed by the PV, instead there was a CM for a non released single, pre-poker face and its name was Hansel and Gretel (ayu was playing with an apple and she was in a forest), then has the Clip Box went on, it was more about ayu's life then the PVs and this happened for the entire thing, it showed her going to Paris, Lyon (although she was never there...) and I was so mad that avex lied and sold me something entirely different. Then at the end of the dream I came to the forum and expressed my sadness of what happened. Good thing though is that the picture was indeed remastered, crisp and clear as a blu should be. XD

That's just an advertisement made by that site, I think.

And the tracklist is not final, that's just the contents displayed in a single/album chronological order.

I bet everything will be chronologycal for the PVs, then for the CM and the last disc will probably be for the extras.

I don't think there's any reason to believe that there are going to be brand new clips filmed just for this, however, there is the chance for unreleased clips that were never made public.

It'll be interesting to see what kind of bonuses they actually do tack on.

Like the last two compilations (A 50 SINGLES and COMPLETE CLIP BOX), the cover will probably be either an A symbol with some kind of decoration or screencaps from all the clips.

There is a (LOW) possibility of a shot of Ayu on the cover but it'll probably be old.

Because NEVER EVER was shot as (cheap) CM, it's highly unlikely that there was even enough footage shot for a full PV, that would be thrown away money.
One can hope, but hoping for things we have no reason to believe even exist is a bit naive and will only end in disappointment(same goes for shooting completely new PVs for this) and probably fans hating on the release because they didn't get what they hoped for. If there was a full NEVER EVER PV we would have probably gotten it for A BEST II.
I'll hope for things that we know exist and might or might not actually make it on there. :rolleyes

Sorry for asking, but what difference will blu-ray offer to what we already have? I have FIVE (CD+DVD version regular), and the PV quality is outstanding. I cannot imagine that the quality gets better than that.

I looked on wikipedia for what blu-ray actually does, but that page doesn't give me clear information.

DVDs give you RED area video size while blu-rays give you BLUE area video size.:)
In addition, audio quality may be improved from the DVD.

The quality difference is incredible. But it's hard to imagine without ever having seen good quality HD.

Oh! I suppose that is why most people are so excited for this! It's actually really awesome to have such brilliant quality. I'm dying to see some of ayu's PV's in blu-ray quality then. XD

If they manage to convert all of the PV's to that quality then I can only find it reasonable that they priced this CLIP BOX this high.

The PVs will NOT be stretched, that is not neccessary.

However not all of them will be the kind of quality I linked, it depends on how good the cameras the clips were recorded with are. But at the very least the FIVE PVs will have incredible quality.

I don't have a bluray player, and I don't really notice the difference in quality, so I'll just get the OS press DVDs. :innocent

Only almost a month away from the release and we still don't have any specs for this product... Come on avex, make us want to buy it!!!

I agree - I got sick and tired of re-releases of re-releases (containing just one small vid of 'making' in the end), or re-remixes of re-remixes (with the change of one or two notes, a speeding or slowing it down a bit). If you will look closely into this and think - these releases have nothing to do with what Ayu writes and signs now, it's all based on the past - that was all released already, sometimes twice or three times... That is actually one of the reasons that I don't update my eneabba.net any more... It's now '1998-2010', I think I should've stopped in 2008...
I mean - it's all OK for the relatively new fans... But what I am supposed to do with my collection (since about 2000...)... throw VHS tapes to buy video CDs, then throw video CDs out to buy DVDs, then throw DVDs out to buy blu-rays, next throw blu-rays out to buy 3D discs. Be rest assured - by the time the 3D will be commonplace, they'll invent 'smellovision' (like in Futurama cartoon), then something else - just to make sure that the old stuff keeps getting re-issued...
Please, people, buy the stuff if you want to. But not me... I am sure I can afford the whole lot, with limited editions etc etc, but there has to be an end to this... So, nope, not me... fool me once - ok, fool me twice - I get suspicious, so there won't be a third time... just my personal opinion, naturally
