Melody is a great medium tempo but it took FOREVER for me to like it. Well, the same happened with HANABI and momentum. HATED them at first. Same with Dearest and CAROLS... wait a sec. There's a pattern here.

I don't know why I have this feel after listening LOVE
1. Song 4 u -> a song giving me feeling the album A SONG FOR XX (some idea from A Song For xx)
2. Missing -> a song giving me feeling the album LOVEppears (just the feeling)
3. Melody -> a song giving me feeling the album Duty (sounds like Key)

So perhaps, "again" will have
1. A song give me feeling the album I am...
2. A song give me feeling the album RAINBOW
3. A song give me feeling the album My Story

Missing felt more like a Love Song leftover to me.
Song 4 u is a straight Nana Mizuki-ripoff (or any current Anison really).
And Melody is so generic, you could compare it to any other generic midtempo band ballad in the J-Pop business and it would sound similar. That's the type of stuff you can get from every Pop girl out there.

I personally don't think there is anything pointing towards that. So far all the suspicions are pretty much baseless. again is prolly the title of one of the songs.

That could be it too... I don't want to make too many assumations until after this release... We have 5 releases, so are they going to be related or not, we don't know as of it, but after this release we might get some answers.
But LOVE didn't have a title song, so I'm also basing the next release off of that. But they could also just not be related at all...

For me Missing isn't really like anything else from her. It doesn't remind me of anything. It's a beautiful song and I stan for it and its remix so hard.

How do we still not have a track list for this yet?

They'll probably be cutting it close with getting everything done (I believe LOVE's tracklist was out the moment they announced the mini like a month and a half ago), but this tracklist will likely be out this week... if not, then they're going to be on a CRAZY time crunch. (though this release plan for 5 months is crazy for Ayu because she delays whenever she does this kind of thing)

I think releasing new info on the 8th would be a wise thing? HAHA...hopefully ><

It seems to me that Song 4 u is Progress chapter 2 considering their lyrics and arrangements. Ayu's collab with Yuta Nakano always is my fav.
Melody somehow reminds me of Friend(from A Song for XX). Maybe it's because they both are written by Yasuhiko Hoshino.

Imagine if 'again' was actually a re-release of 'LOVE' with a new name and new remixes! That would make me go bonkers.

Only one month left. Ayu's team is the laziest ever.

It was only announced like 2 weeks ago, so it's not like they're being lazy right now since two weeks ago they were also preparing for LOVE. I think she was still recording stuff for again and shooting covers not even two weeks ago!

However, if the release date is coming in like 7 days a few weeks from now and we STILL don't know anything... then that's horrible and lazy, hahahahaha.

They had a long time to plan all this project. With thoughts on the music, tracklist, covers and stuff. I just can't believe in how they are doing all these things in such a short time before the release. It's so unprofessional for me.

And it's not just about this release. For me there's a urge in a remake of her team. Seriously, it's a shame seeing how her DVDs are produced, since the menus to the extra contents, the 50th single project was also a disastrous one in terms of planning and her tour goodies aren't changing since a long time and it's unacepptable that in our era she doesn't have a decent use of the social medias.

These are things that bugs me since I see the same products of Koda Kumi or Namie Amuro for example and it's perceptible the effort that was wasted in thinking about them and producing the physical thing. Ayu's team seems to be using a pattern of years ago and they don't show any signs of changing it near. It's sad.

It's how Ayu's done things since the beginning. She procrastinates like crazy. However, she did work for like an entire year on MY STORY which was odd for her.

Party Queen had a quite reasonable time to be produced.

That is why PQ is tacky version of MY STORY, the covers, the booklet, even the concept, it's all about classic going tacky/tabloid-esque. :luv2
