I think it would be a bad idea (yeah she had few good videos 10 years ago... but i personally think she doesn't like shooting videos and just do those last minutes shoots because she "has to" include videos)

I personally wouldn't mind another A One. Last minute, NO FUTURE, and Story are among my recent favorites, and really the only song that I don't listen to that much is The GIFT. Of course I'd also love something completely new from her. At this point I don't really know what to expect at all.

I'm one of those people who admires COLOURS wayyy more than A ONE.

More news, need more news! Ayu always writes such things when she is in the process of album production. And I like A ONE. If I removed Story, Walk and The Gift I could listen to it in one go easily. I like them, but Anything for you does for me the "ballad" part. Plus, I am super satisfied with performances of Warning, Last minute, Zutto. Offtopic done, now I just want to hear sth that's cooking. Come on people, it's new material, just this is a good reason to be excited ;- )

I am not hoping for any Duty, A ONE or whatever 2.0 but just a new album. It can be a 2.0 or a totally new thing, as long as the tracks are nice, I'm good.

I thought I agreed with this, but after thinking about it A ONE isn’t a bad album ...just a really boring one? It’s too jam packed with ballads and just drags on and on. I really want some variety in the next album, whereas A ONE has barely any.

I love A ONE, it's one of my favourite albums haha So I wouldn't mind another album like this... But then, Pray is one of my all-time favourite songs and I love WORDS, so :shrug

I don't think she has enough budged for a visual album with actually good mind-blowing MVs, I wouldn't expect her to blow her personal savings on MVs tbh

I don’t care what the album sounds like. Everything after Colours sounds pretty much the same to my ears, with a few exceptions. I swear you could throw all those albums in a playlist and toss Koda Kumi’s W Face inside in there and it would sound like the worlds longest, most cohesive lullaby :laugh

I just want Ayu to have fun and do what makes her happy. Maybe an awesome album shoot :P

I remember reading (I think it was from a magazine interview) that she's tired of long MV shootings, so I think that's one major reason to why she has more simple made MVs nowadays. I guess she prefers to finish the shootings in one day.

I'll be happy with anything she delivers, but what really has me excited are the lyrics, after all this time and the different things she's been trough (her divorce, deafness going worse, long tour, going to places she's never been before, her 20th anniversary) if you think about in just two years she's been trough a lot and I'm really curious about how she'll express all this on her lyrics, of course I want a good sound and MVs as well but I'm not expecting any particular sound tbh but I'm weak for her rockish tunes :D

To be fair I always enjoy her albums as I am used to liking some songs and disliking others. My favourite album by oh so very far is Love songs (omg love song, November, do it again, sending mail, last angel), but my absolute least favourite song by Ayu is Thank U, and the middle segment (blossom and co) is overall pretty boring for my taste.

But i must say that at the moment I probably feel like something crazy like Colours more than classic sounding songs.

You know what would be nice? An album with acoustic guitar and rock influences.
What I'd like it to would be songs like Love Song, Sending Mail, Shape of Love. Maybe even dream pop and shoe gazing music influenced songs. I doubt that we'd get the latter but its fun to think about.

The only song I skip nearly every time while I enjoy the rest of the album. It has some of her best songs - WARNING, Out of control, Last minute and my fave concert closer - The show must go on!

I don't think she'll do A ONE again but something more like M(A)DE IN JAPAN is likelier with Timmy compositions and stuff. What is making people think A ONE again anyway? That seemed like a one off for her.

But I don't really form strong expectations towards new Ayu albums because she can be so unpredictable at times. So I guess what I really want from the album are high quality songs that really feel like a triumph for Ayu. An album that properly honors her 20th anniversary.

I like LOVE again a lot tbh. At the moment it was lazy to include two mini-albums, throw some new songs etc but now I see all of the songs as part of one same album and there are many that I really like (Wake Me Up, You & Me, SAKURA, Sweet Scar...)

LOVE again had amazing tracks leading up to it IMO, sadly it had that whole mini album thing and Maro going on for it.

The only memorable songs from LOVE again are, in my opinion, Sweet scar and SAKURA. I actually like them both very much, especially Sweet scar because it has such a delicate melody. But in general, I don't think very much about this album...

I like LOVE again ans just don't pay attention to the whole release stuff.. Snowy Kiss, SAKURA, Sweet Scar, Gloria, Ivy, Wake me up and so on are all songs I really love. Glasses is still one of my favourites interludes xD

LOVE again may be a collection of demos, but it’s a damn good one! Wake me up, Song 4 U, Missing, Sweet Scar, Melody, Sakura and Snowy Kiss are all songs that I enjoy very much and I feel the album as less boring than A ONE.
At the time it was pretty shitty than Avex just dumped both minis together, but I didn’t buy them either so I don’t care.

I really like most of the songs on LOVE again and I was listening to it nonstop when it came out. The only ones that I could do without are Bye bye darling, Gloria, and untitled for her story 2 , and even those I don't think are terrible, I'm just never in the mood to listen to them.

i don't care what she comes up with, just gimme something and make it a bomb! No rushing! Oh an gimme some visually stunning covers and videos! That's all i'm asking!

I generally enjoy LOVE again. It was a sigh of relief to me after Party Queen.(I still despised PQ at this time) Song 4 U felt like a classic throwback to Ayu's rock songs from the 2000s. I thought the PV was gorgeous too. But Sweet scar will always be the treasure on LOVE again. I just love that song. But honestly, the drama that resulted from this album was over the top. I wasn't thrilled that she just combined the two EPs either but I was expecting that to a degree since I had seen it done before.
I noticed he has been gone as well. He should come back.:yes

LOVE again/A ONE have strong songs that could have been a one, strong album. The amount of fillers are just too high. (Anything for you, Zutto..., Story, Out of control, Walk, THE Gift, untitled for her 2, Melody (i love it, but thats still a filler song) Sakura, petal, Bye Bye Darling...) well, dang. So forgetable numbers.

But for reals I agree that the money doesn't matter when it's the same team. They still won't translate the TA entries, they'll still half-ass promotion etc. I don't really buy the reason that scheduling prevents epic PVs from being filmed.

Ayu's team could do a Connected ver 2 or something without even involving Ayu in the filming process or even get actors to film it in her place. I mean, we know we'll never get a pt 2 from Namie's Dr PV so Avex should just get Ayu to do it lol

Personally Ayu's been on a roll for me since A ONE. Colours is good as a stand alone but I feel the songs after the PQ>Colours eras have a good chance of being her new classics. There are a lot of great songs on the other albums but I feel like the newer era just has more songs that have more longevity for me.

I actually like those three LOVE again songs more than any of the single tracks, other than Sweet scar.

But I think LOVE again should've been two actual mini albums. Without the interludes and You & Me there could've been 6 tracks on each. They could've even put an interlude on each and a version of You & Me (remix, acoustic, something) to round it up. I feel that the songs don't get their chance to shine being on one album.

And I LOVE her new hairstyle. *_* I didn't like the previous one as much, because it looked too unnatural, but this is pure gold. Or grey-ish brown. ^_-
