I purchased a tier 3 through the Japanese side a half hour after tickets went on sale.
Tier 3 was still at 11,000 Tier 2 was sold out, and Tier 1 was going for 34,500. I can’t afford that. While not thrilled that I have a chance at a seat all the way in the back, I justified it because I never win for the 31st, and I usually pay around that amount from a resell for far away seats anyway. I’m still not a fan of this system, but in the end it worked out for me with this particular show. If this was the case for an ordinary tour I would be annoyed, but as the countdown is special I’ll let it slide. |
Now, Tier 3 : ¥ 11,500.
I bought mine for ¥ 10,000. |

I managed to get Tier 2 tickets on hold, and get locked out from the site for 30mins for failing 10 times. Nothing they do will compensate for this. |

Theres already resellers selling 2 tickets for 100k :rolleyes

They’ve published a warning about reselling tickets.
It says anyone caught doing that can be kicked out of the fan club. Also states that taking a screenshot of the ticket will not work for entry. https://avex.jp/ayu/news/detail.php?id=1078890 I can confirm that there is some kind of technology that prevents entry with screenshots of QR codes. A few years ago going to a Namie Amuro concert, my phone was having problems. I was scared I’d lose the QR code because they only allow 1 download of it. So I took a screenshot and emailed it to myself. Well, on the day of the concert my entry was blocked and I had to go on a special line and explain what happened. For this reason I would not recommend people to buy QR tickets from resellers! Wait until there is an official ticket trading system from avex. I’m positive they will introduce this later on. |

We will contact you by email when the tickets are issued. You can receive your ticket by using the provided URL." This is what they wrote in the email after bought the tickets. Maybe they'll also check your TA membership? |

That’s the name of the next countdown/ tour “promised land”. *Sigh* I don’t understand ayu’s fixation on using the Bible concepts on her tours. It’s insulting for Christians everywhere since the word of god is sacred and shouldn’t be mocked. ayu throws herself on a cross, mimics the last supper and now the promised land. I can’t
|
Are you serious ? She probably named this CDL like this because she made the promise to comeback at the yayogi Arena after it was closed for reconstruction...

Ayu has no obligation to respect someone else's religious thoughts. Noone has to. Once I talked with chinese fan who said that ayu don't respect muslims with doing (I don't remember what exactly, maybe supporting lgbt) and she just don't want to follow ayu anymore. You guys just want to be offended.
|
If there's going to be no band at CDL then that is going to be really disappointing. I really missed the band at Power of A^3. If we're not getting any music, then I'd like Blu-ray releases of her concerts (featuring the band).

I know everything is being quite civil so far, but I'd suggest moving away from this conversation about religion. It never ends well.

SEE YOU ALL @ CDL
|
It's always possible for them to check the ID and see if it matches with the ticketholder's name.in such cases, if you buy multiple tickets, those people would have to enter with you.
But if that's the case she should've specified that you have to bring your ID to the concert |
Does anyone know if there is a broadcast?

I wonder why tier 3 still isn't sold out. People want to try to get higher tiers during round 2 first and in a worst case scenario buy tier 3?
|
May be after the 2nd round TA-only sale's over and T1 & T2 sold out, those who unsuccessfully for these 2 tiers will divert their attention to T3.
|
Quote:
And when T3 rises, unsold T1+2 will start to decrease again until someone is willing to pay a sky high price again. In short, apart from being an obvious scam, this Tier and dynamic pricing thing is ripping TA fans apart by discrimination and unfairness. I rather they just zone the front 3 rows as super VIP at a fixed price like 50k with backstage tour or special goods, at least what those people get is something more than the show itself. It's totally crazy when fans already spent money to get into TA still have to spend hours and hours getting into the system and pay a ridiculous price for a ticket that would eventually be discounted for the public right before the show starts. I'm not sure which part of that is a benefit for paying for a membership. |
We don't know how many seats were available for tier 1 and 2 this round.
Maybe they just wanted to try out how much fans are willing to pay? And then TA round 2 will have more seats available for tier 1 and 2. But yeah, this system is cringy, cause it isn't fair - the better you stand financially, the better your chances are. |

dez0424 is absolutely correct. Aren't they the first ones out there trying to get T1 tickets? They're the ones that are hit hardest. "Whatever it is I'll pay it". What an unscrupulous bunch of people. |
Fans who failed in getting T1+2 in the second round will start to get nervous for not getting a seat at all and decide to get T3 tickets.
Then here comes Public sales, they found themselves lucky to get a hand on T1/2, and one of the below happens: a) resell T3 tickets to someone, get caught, and have his/her TA account banned. b) resell T3 tickets to someone, get caught, and the buyer changes your TA password as revenge. c) get the T1/2 tickets and celebrate empty T3 seats in the venue. d) don't proceed to payment, be a good kid and stick to T3 bitterly before getting paranoid with grudge while looking at people down there in T1+2, thinking how unfair life is and cannot concentrate during show. I guess I'll be D. and eventually stop going to shows because this mess ain't worth it. |
This new system sounds so stressful! I always thought the lottery system seemed quite fair even if it didn't stop scalpers.
|
This was so stressful!
My roommate and I logged on at the same time, he got through I got the busy signal. He was able to order two Tier 1 tickets 30,000 yen each. I’m going to the US this year so if they don’t do this system again, I guess I missed out on my chance to get great seats lol. |

I don't think the current Tier 1 ticket will come with anything, except QR code that displayed on phone :think |
I want to buy Tier 3 butthe site says mi credit card isn't registered. I tried to register it many times but it doesn't work. I need this ticket so much!!!! Life s*cks!!
|
Ayu used the phrase "poker face" written in Katakana (ポーカーフェイス) on her latest Facebook post... maybe it's a hint that poker face will be on the setlist. Or maybe I'm reaching haha

Did you see that prices changed?
Tier 1 -38000 yen, Tier 2 - 25 300. |
Coming to 40000 😳
|
Tier 3 is sold out. So, all the tickets that were planned for round 1 are finally sold out.
|
Spoiler:
|
I'm kinda glad I went to see her earlier in the year, this new system sounds so stressful and expensive. When I went to pick up my TA tickets at Trouble tour no one asked to see my passport or my phone/the TA app, I just showed them my print out and they went and got my tickets for me. It was so easy and we still ended up in the 12th row. Why do they have to fix something that's not broken?
|
Seems theres a live board cast for promised land.... looking forward
|
It's good that we're getting a live broadcast, it was to be expected. What's not good is that it's a paid TV broadcast, not free AbemaTV Internet one.
Anyway here's the news: https://avex.jp/ayu/news/detail.php?id=1078978 |

^ same. I was so excited to watch it live last year, but I’m happy to have any broadcast. The higher quality hopefully will be worth waiting for. Also I noticed that they’ve reserved a 4 hour time slot...I know the first 30 min will be crowd shots and they tend not to start exactly on time...but I’m curious to see how long the CDL is.

From what I see it allows a 3-day trial for new users for $3, that sounds really interesting if it gives me an option to watch the countdown in good quality.
|
^ I've used it before. As long as you have a fast internet connection, the quality is pretty high.
|
do we know if the link to go for tickets (livepocket) is still the same for the 2nd wave of tickets? (separate links for in Japan and overseas) or if it's all through the special yahoo site now?
|
Second round:
[Application period] 2019/12/6 (Friday) 19:00~ |
|
Will break 40000
|
good LORD tier 1 tickets for overseas sold out before I could even choose payment. Thankfully I did accomplish getting tier 2 tickets. \o/ see you guys there! Now it's time to wonder when merch sales will start and if there will be more than 1 day to stand in the line, haha!
|
Tier 1 and 2 are sold out.
|
Well, this sure set a precedent in the "shit they know they can get away with" department.
Looking forward to the live broadcast though!! |
Thus Ayu learned how to make more money from touring and never felt the need to release music again.

I've always felt Ayu's lottery ticket prices seemed relatively cheap compared to lots of western concerts so not too surprised by the change. It also means instead of resellers making money reselling seats in good places, Ayu and Avex can make that money in the first place?
Although if some of the money from the tiered prices went to the stage design and some cool new performances... :D |
I still cannot register my VISA card so I think I wont be able to buy Tier 3. This is soooo sad
This will sound crazy but I will be at Yoyogi on December 31st, if someone buys an extra Tier 3 ticket, I can give him/her the money there. I AM CRAZY AND FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS!! My first time in Japan and I cannot see Ayu |

Yahoo presale has started.
Tier 1 was listed for a second and by the next refresh was sold out. Tier 3 are the only tickets left. https://ticket.yahoo.co.jp/tour/00004450/ |
For the 'General Sales' round, can us foreigners just try and buy directly from the website or do we need any specific accounts (i.e. the Yahoo etc)?

Dynamic Pricing has FINALLY DROPPED THROUGH THE STANDARD PRICING!!!
Tier 3 was 11,000yen. and now..... it's 10,900yen |
Not only that, tickets for all three tiers are available again, if somebody wanna grab one.
I love the bowl with that low-key design! The shirt on the other hand isn't flattering. |
Wow a whole 100 yen dynamic pricing is revolutionary.
