yes, this is identical.

another plagiarized songs:

... it shows how much Hyori is only a "product", not a singer. All depends of composers and producers.

miroro 23rd April 2010 03:55 PM

but hyori is not the one to be blamed for this, but the composers! they should fire them now!
and hyori's version are much better than the originals :laugh

noisy_harmony 23rd April 2010 04:21 PM

^ I KNOW RIGHT.

It seems that 6 songs are plagiarized, all produced by Bahnus
http://img686.imageshack.us/img686/3...ogiccredit.jpg
How Did We Get has only a sample...

according to the thread @ soompi
1. Bring it Back - Cookie Couture
2. I'm Back - Lil Precious
3. Memory - Second Person
4. How did we get - Jason Derulo
5. Swing - Mikis Theodorakis (To treno fevgi stis ohto)

KILL THAT MAN NOW.

EDIT: I found right article
http://www.omgkpop.com/news/general/...sm-accusations

miroro 23rd April 2010 04:27 PM

^ag, let's kill that man :yes
if you can it to be a cover, that's ok! but credit the original composer!! damn you bahnus

Sundae 23rd April 2010 05:14 PM

I don't know if any of you bought the album, but in the booklet How Did We Get is credited to the original composer and it's not Bahnus. In fact, it's several people. Freeman, David Edward Daniel, Hughes, and Joseph. So that song is out.

I'm Back/So Insane so far was gotten by fairly. The song was created by a group. The group broke up or something and one gave it to Precious and the other to Hyori. So the story goes.

noisy_harmony 23rd April 2010 05:43 PM

We should not care for How Did We Get - it only contains a melody of original song, it's like the sample.

About I'm Back... From which source did you read it?

milky_way 23rd April 2010 06:17 PM

Poor Hyori. After this, she should just leave MNet and sign with another agency.

wildconnetta 23rd April 2010 06:29 PM

GOD. PLZ HYORI UNNIE STAY STRONG!!!!!!

(God, it's Get Ya pt. 2. She should stick to It's Hyorish type songs)

If that were true then there should be more people than just Bahnus listed in the credit for "I'm Back" but there isn't.

Even if the song were "given" to Hyo Ri/Bahnus by one person from a group, and that one person didn't want any sort of compensation, than at least, and legally, the other people in the group should be credited and given the opportunity for compensation.

If a song was composed by a group, one person can't give it away without consulting the other people first.

ayu_ready? 23rd April 2010 08:58 PM

******** all these issues with the new album!

LEE I LOVE YOU AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISSAPOINTED IN YOU
YOU ARE SO AWESOME AND I LOVE EVERYTHIN YOU DO NO MATTER HOW MUCH TIME HAS PASSED
I can't say the same about Ayu, but maybe about Kuu and Namie, but they come second after Lee for sure :)

ayu_ready? 23rd April 2010 09:06 PM

it's like after Dark Angel some curse has fallen on our dear Lee! :(

she's not the one to blame. she had 1000 songs for album then she chose 100 then she chose which one out of 100 to include in the album. how could she know all the local Canada singers & such, no offense?

love in music 23rd April 2010 09:08 PM

Ha, now I'll laugh even harder when people try to call her the Queen of K-pop. I still like her, but damn.

emi♡ 23rd April 2010 09:29 PM

wow some people are such *****es.

Like any of this is even her fault. You know, some artists are deeply rooted in the process of all these little things, and some arent.

Like everyone has said, it's not her fault that she didn't know the songs were from some obscure indie bands.

Memory is still my song...I like her version over the original as well...or whatever that guy's name is' version....I still :heart the album...and I really don't care about this...

About her being a product...so what? I like her "produced" music. It's way better than all those crappy indie bands' music. If they could have made the songs just as good, they would have.

I don't get why people spend so much time constantly talking **** about partists they don't like. Shows how much they have going on in their sad lives.

Anyway...thanks for that link to the photoshoots on the last page <3 She's gorgeous.

This has happened before with her though, and people are just getting sick of it. It IS possible to release an album without plagiarizing any songs on it, I don't get why it's so hard for her and her team to do that. And yeah, people like to talk about things that bug them, you do it all the time, you should understand.

emi♡ 23rd April 2010 10:05 PM

Perhaps...but since I like her renditions better, I don't really have a problem with it, other than, they need to give proper credit.

But then, I'm not even sure they do need to give proper credit, since there are loopholes in copyrights and stuff in Asia, versus everywhere else...but it would be the good thing for her to do, now that she's aware.

And I don't really mean people just talking about things that bug them, but people all over that are just bashing the crap out of her, calling her names, and just being retarded haters.

Sort of like when people post in artist threads just to be a *****. Why would you do that? Like I've said before, I don't go into the Ai thread and call her a **** all over the place.

But I guess, people never change.

Besides, that wasnt really a comment on ahs behavior, just on the internet in general...since there is a lot of hyori-hate going on everywhere.

Yeah, the hate does get annoying BUT I don't see how you can be surprised. People get really upset when they find out someone isn't "original" or whatever. I just really have a problem with the plagiarizing thing. I know it isn't 100% her fault but after it happening so many times, she should triple check that the people she's working with aren't classless, uninspired morons.

Mnet reveals, “Songs Lee Hyori accused of plagiarism are actually demo songs illegally leaked out”

NEWS: It has been known that the demo-recorded songs for Lee Hyori’s 4th album ‘H-Logic’ have been leaked out illegally.

It has been confirmed on 25th April that 5 guide recorded versions composed by 바누스 (Bahnus) of songs ‘Bring It Back’, ‘Feel The Same’, ‘I’m Back’, ‘Memory’ and ‘How We Get’ have been leaked online on overseas internet sites.

The guide recorded songs are songs which the singers will sing and record before they record the songs officially for their albums. With that, Lee Hyori has also been accused of plagiarism of another overseas singers lately.

Some netizens have pointed out that Lee Hyori ‘Bring It Back’ sounds similar to Canadian female group Cookie Couture’s ‘Boy, Bring It Back’, and her song ‘Feel The Same’ sounds similar to Canadian singer Melanie Durante ‘Feel The Same’, and her song ‘How We Get’ sounds similar to American singer Jason Derulo’s ‘How Did We’.

Mnet Media is said to have bought the songs by Bahnus, and guide recordings which had took place in UK are said to have been distributed to various sources and leaked. The guide recordings were never intended to be included in the album and released officially.

While, Mnet Media is currently taking steps to minimize the damages caused by asking for the songs to be removed on various sites like Youtube, and they are pursuing a lawsuit against the source of leakout.
