As far as I checked other fanclubs, 4,000 Yen the year is standard for a FC. But you always have to pay more to get everything e.g. for Kuu being in both fanclubs around 7,000 Yen.
playroom is billed monthly, the first month costs 315 Yen. Don't know how much further months are, her official site doesn't say, but probably a bit less.

For Ayu it's 4,000 Yen for "B course" and 6,000 Yen for "A course" with her diary and getting some etxra stuff like screensavers and so on, like bigtop said.

Tenso recognize a person with the ID (5digits) in the adress so don't worry...

but Ku FC always sent the packages on tenso without problem... you should made a mistake ^^

I guess next year I'll only have to pay 4000 yen , Because you need to pay extra 1000 yen first time you join the fanclub , and the 200 yen fee i guess it's credit card fee or something :D

There's no middle-man fees , just use translator , and there's how to join TeamAyu thread , it's useful

Once you have tenso address you'll get your stuff from FC shop / mu-mo to tenso , you can check tenso and take a look at thier prices :D
