Sorry this took so long! Work was hell this week. I have kind of a hard time translating Miliyah's lyrics sometimes...and that was certainly an exercise in kanji recognition, lol.

I think 'Kono machi no dokoka de' is one of my favorite songs of hers. And I've been translating a song-per-day to get my skills back up to snuff, so I did this one today :luv2

does anyone concur? DESIRE is her best song ever and her best single. i just love it so much ever since the 1st day I heard it when the PV was out. summer's melancholy and really really beautiful lyrics

Hmm. Thanks for the pv, but the song doesn't really do much for me. :/ Maybe I would feel differently if I didn't want summer to end but this year I don't really give a damn so...haha. I'll try it again next summer!

@waterballoon I do (well, on the best single ever statement). DESIRE/BABY!BABY!BABY! is really one of the strongest singles ever in Jpop probably. I think I love BABY!BABY!BABY! a bit more than DESIRE, though. And Ain't no other (the b-side) is amazing beyond words for me. For some reason because it's so underrated I prefer it to both A-sides, really. I really can't tell which is my best Miliyah song, though. There are many, many masterpieces to choose from.

@chocopockymaster The song does take a few listens to grow. Many people rarely like songs on the first listen anyway.

I honestly cannot pick one song as being my favorite, she has way too many awesome songs.
