Let me list the countries in which it is not available but have a sizeable ayu catalogue (according to iTunes):

And that's it as far as clicking the iTunes button and changing my region for 20 seconds goes.

Even Trinidad and Tobago, Bermuda, Fiji, and Peru have it >_>
It'll probably be released everywhere by next Tuesday though.
