Frankly I'm quite disappointed L'arc doesn't seem to plan to do anything special this year to mark their 30th anniversary other than what WOWOW has been/will be doing & that's not enough

^Yes, same I'm disappointed that there's nothing from L'Arc either (even if I didn't expect anything)

But very happy with the news of the Roentgen 20th anniversary tour!

^ That's the part I find it really saddening . Other JRock groups also have members do solo activities but they still put band related activities their main focus unlike L'arc

I mean I don't even want to talk about a new L'arc studio album & next year will be a decade since they released BUTTERFLY and it wasn't even that great =___=

Sometimes I wonder for those who support L'arc but not their solo stuff , how would they feel about the situation ?

I totally agree! Yeah I find myself that when a band or artist are inactive and you've no idea if they're going to come back I kinda lose interest & don't tend to listen to their discography much.

I was thinking the other day I'm not sure if I'd buy Hyde's new album whenever it comes out as, although I enjoyed a few songs on Anti, it doesn't hugely excite me.

I def think they just do a tour every so often to bring the money in.

Yeah, agree about Butterfly, it felt more like a collection of random songs than an album.

I'm sure others will view things differently especially if they support hyde's standalone solo career or VAMPS

But I don't listen to both & I knew L'arc 1st and foremost years before I even found out about hyde's other music related activities

What you said about L'arc focusing more on touring in recent years as compared to releasing new music , it's true

And knowing that this year will be 5 years since they last released Don't be Afraid , it's quite mind bogging as they never gone so long in not releasing new band related stuff

I know a while ago which hyde was interviewed which he said he has accomplished so much with what he did in L'arc so maybe that's why this happened to L'arc the last few years

I also wonder sometimes what the other members felt about him talking about issues like this quite openly but I guess we'll might never know
