Did you send them a complaint e-mail to see if they could do anything about it?

Technically it should have been rolled.
I've never heard of YesAsia folding anything.

No, I only bought 1 box, i got the other things separately. Yes it was EXTREMELY expensive, but it was so worth it

anyway I have no intentions to get so many things like her , it will take a mountain of $ to do that & my ayumi collection can be considered quite modest as compared to the rest

No, there was this auction at YAJ which said "a complete all singles poster Bsize, 2 posters", before I bid I tried to contact the seller asking him if it was a SET, but he or she didn't answer on time for the auction ending, so i bid, when I was doing it an option appeared, "Quantity", the options were "1" or "2", so I went for "2"

Finally today they answered my question (the auction already ended) and this is what they said:
