It's so hard to wait so long!!

The big news networks seem to always show whatever Ayu's doing while she's in Tokyo (well, the bigger events, like book signings and concerts and such), so maybe we'll see some videos from the concerts this week.

Generally, we see clips of the tour.. at the end of the tour. Meaning we might have to wait until October!

BUT, I believe last time, the faux finale aka the last one at Yoyogi was covered before the one in Taiwan, so.. who knows! She keeps doing this "1st / 2nd leg" thing.

There's only 2 days in between the last osaka show on July 29th before the first a-nation date on August 1st...I wonder if ayu will just redo some of her tour performances for a-nation...

But there's the few weeks before that show where it would've been fine had they not had to cancel the Osaka shows.

She'll probably have the usual summer songs + audience songs + a new song. Though a-nation '07 and '08 kinda had tour performances if you count 1 LOVE / until that Day.. and Mirrorcle World.

But I consider those 'previews' of what's to come when people see the DVD.. or in this case, see the October shows.

ah now I notice the gap...lol hmm...I think it depends on when the new single will be out...she might be busy aside from a-nation rehearsals during those weeks for the new single related activities.

Well, they probably covered the final shows at Yoyogi last year because those were the last shows in Japan for AT08. But since these aren't the last shows in Japan, who knows. I wouldn't be surprised if we see clips from either the shows in Tokyo or any of the ones in July, though. *shrugs*

Well, people weren't sure if she was going to make Yoyogi or Taiwan the DVD.. but I guess we got confirmation once we know the DVD was coming in January, haha.

lol That is true. All the shows so far seemed to have a few special moments, but it'll probably be on the final Osaka, Fukuoka, or Yoyogi shows that make it onto the DVD. (If tradition follows, it'll be the final Yoyogi one, though.)

IF! the single is out on 5th Aug...then we can expect some announcement next week since its 6 weeks before. (considering her Osaka concert is on a wednesday and not weekend)..

im expecting a 5th AUg or 12th Aug release actually...it cant be that late for a summer single right???

Well, they announced "Rule/Sparkle" 25 days before it was supposed to come out, and "GREEN/Days" two months before it was supposed to come out... so I think we'll be receiving an announcement about a new single any day now =D

I don't know. Something tells me it'll be in early September. Like Yuna Ito's Miss You. That was a summer single but it came out on Sep 3, 2008.

how's her voice in the tour so far? the NEXT LEVEL video preview displayed a rather...weak voice of hers, similar to that in CDL 0708.

Read TakaSama's review. Basically, her vocal right now is the best it can be. Better than the DVD versions of AT07/AT08.

^ Exactly! But on the other hand, NEXT LEVEL was a down point in the concert for her vocally. Probably the combination of being at the end of the main set with floating in the air in that chair degraded the quality of her singing during that song, but who knows. Ayu's vocals can wildly vary within one song, let alone from song to song.

My main concern is that by the time she does her "DVD" performance, whenever it may be, her vocals might be shot from all of the performing.

[EDIT] However, I have to say, NOTHING in the concert I saw was as bad as CDL 07-08!

^ That's fantastic. I think that it's natural for the last song to be iffy vocally. I hope she has time to rest before the DVD concert. :P

CDL07-08 had a lot of weird circumstances.. the news of her lost friend, her lost ear, and the lack of sleep [2-3 hours?] for that set of two days or so.. oi.
