is BoA flopping in Korea? D:

I think if she released a new album it would do well. She got a really good reaction during the SBS live last Winter (was it like November?) and she performed 2 English songs, so I can only imagine how excited the crowd would have got if it was a new Korean song aka a song they could understand lmao.

Why are you sorry it's the truth lmao.
I just don't see why they're putting so much effort into Japan when basically no-one cares. New single and a bunch of lives? She could use all this time in the US. I even saw somewhere in a post by Fontana (distributers or something in the US) that they'll know what her US plans are when she's next in the US or something. It's not like BoA's making much money for avex anyway, why are they keeping her there for?
And yes it isn't a big career. YET. There's a lot lined up for the re-release of her album, and maybe if she would just be allowed to STAY in the US (I'm guessing it's avex forcing BoA to do these Japan activities) they (the management she got signed to I forgot the name) would sign her up for more.
I have so much more to say (I'm so obsessed with BoA I think she's one of the most talented artists I listen to, and I have 440 artists on my iPod) but I'm tired lol.

But if people don't care about her music (BEST&USA went Gold which is terrible) why not just leave Japan for a while and actually make a name for herself in the US. If she continously worked hard there, she would make it.
