Nah, the water's totally real. It'd be WAY too hard to photoshop that bit where her hair is sorta floating on the top of it but it's still obviously wet (just above her right shoulder). The water is very SHALLOW, and she was definitely lowered into it rather than going into it & coming back out (which is why her bangs are dry), but it's not fake at all.
