As far as I know, you should be able to receive money at your PP account but PP will always charge you $1.5 each time someone sends you money. But that shouldn't be a problem since the buyer usually pays for that.

lols not exactly paypal doesn't charge bank accounts
but they charge Credit Cards

which is why i rarely use my Bopo Card because its a prepaid Credit Card
