I was actually thinking of collaborating with someone who will be at home and on the comp while the first show is running at Saitama. 'Cause I'll be there at the live and I was thinking we can do that sort of live updates that AyuChina does sometimes.

So as each song/new costume comes on, I'll send an e-mail to the collaborator, who will update AHS with costume descriptions and the setlist as the live performance goes along~ Something like a live feed.

What do you guys think? :)

Maybe we can do an e-mail signup thing, just in case. ayumisrael has volunteered to be the one receiving my mails and updating here on AHS. So if he doesn't mind the extra work, we can just create a list with all the e-mails of people who wish for the live feed. If AHS crashes, ayumisrael can just forward my mails to these people so everyone can still get a live feed through e-mail. Just a rough idea though, we'll see. :)

De-lurking to ask if anyone's thought about coming up with a twitter tag for AHS members going to the shows (#AHS or #ayulive or something)? Obviously it's super important to get in-depth tour reports posted on the forum, but posting immediate reactions before/after the show on another service like Twitter might prevent AHS from crashing Saturday night. We can consolidate all of the tagged tweets for the board archive later.

If I can get some sort of internet connection going out there, I'll upload photo's and stuff to my Facebook before and after the show. I've got some Facebook friends on here that could then repost them to the thread if they want to.

Actually, a live feed with the #AT2010AYU hashtag or something similar to it on Twitter would actually be way easier to do, haha.

I think that would work best, as Andrenekoi had pointed out. Hopefully you consider it! It's very easy to use and just about anyone who searches the #AT2010AYU hashtag would be able to find the posts.

You e-mail ayumisrael -> ayumisrael receives e-mails -> ayumisrael posts info on Twitter with a certain hash tag -> everyone that is an Ayu fan can find easily on Twitter

Studio rehearsals for AT10 have wrapped up! They will be rehearsing in Saitama this week now! It's surely going to be great according to Shingo-san! (Dress rehearsals / Generalprobe with costumes and etc. before the first show are usually are Makuhari Messe before moving into the actual first venue)

ahaha, I haven't been here long (even as a ~lurker~), but it seems like AHS has a hive mind; I made a post about twitter tags yesterday but it was awaiting moderation. Meanwhile, everyone's already thought of it.

I think we might want to use something shorter than "#AT2010AYU," though--what with the character limit. "#ayu10?" (though that looks like the 10th anniversary thing...). Getting all of the initial reactions on twitter would help alleviate stress on the server, I'd imagine. We can collect all of the tweets for an archive and post the regular in-depth reports on the board later.

OK, so the plan basically will be, I'll try to update ayumisrael through e-mail as much as I can, about stage, costumes, setlist etc... I'll try to do the setlist song by song, but if the concert is uber awesome and I enjoy myself too much to touch my phone, then I'll update during interludes lol!! :)

I don't have Twitter, so I guess I'll leave it to ayumisrael to sort it out. ;)

But a warning though, all this hinges on the fact that there will be reception in the arena. So let's all pray this works out!! :D
