I like it too. There's something to it I like. It makes her look like a fragile woman, which is a good look for her ballad songs. Girls that cover up can still look good!

ps, i really want to hear rainy day live! I was listening to it in my car today, and it would just make for an awesome live performance. The arrangement of the song is really good, would sound awesome in a big venue :D

You're definitely not the only one. I think it's absolutely gorgeous, and while it may not come off that way in the pictures, it was one of my favorite costumes during the actual concert.

She kinda always wears the same ball gown dress for ballads. this is different. at least she's changing it up.

AT05 probably had her best combo of ballad gowns. Kimono wrap ballgown -> light ballgown + Victorian/olde European style bow-tie gown. (Most outfits before/after were either too big or just WAY costume-y for costumes)

But imo, this dress is a venture into more fashionable stage outfits. It's got the simplicity of her rainy day dress from AT06 but the sleeves + design + empire waist make it quite pretty, I think.

The Don't look back/INSPIRE outfit still wows me; I think it's the first/rare time where she used a color like purple for her concert outfits... the count down/Memorial address dress looks really familiar but I just can't remember where I've seen it...

Misa-chan described it as the AT03-04 dress for teddy bear and Memorial address fused with a leather corset-like thing. It was like the dress got possessed by "ROCK" or something.

I dunno why but I love Ayu + purple. :heart It's like my favorite color for her.

Purple and dark brown hair are deliciously amazing on her.

It's a shame that it's so rare in her live performance/photographic history.
