Again, I see no difference between Gaga's fans and Ayu's fans at this point. Both have a large population of followers who are often unfortunately misrepresented by a select few of how-to-say-it, ignorant, arrogant, and obsessive individuals who have nothing better to do than put their idol on some grand pedestal that may or may not be deserved, and react aggressively to any negative criticism directed to their "god".

This is what happens when American styles reach Japan, Americans can be so stupid. I figured this day would come with Gaga's rising fame. Gaga has been the first unique artist in America in along time, sadly though Gaga's music is becoming less and less unique. Chances are Gaga's career will end in the next couple of years. America is constantly changing trends. Whereas Ayumi will probably still have fans in a couple of years.

Ren went to their forum to say that Gaga is not a true artist and that her fame will end soon... Besides calling them retards... Really, where is the effort?

There is an expression here in Brazil for what Ren did... and it's translated as "trying to end up a campfire using gasoline", and this was basically what was done... he/she just went there, bashed everyone and came proud here to tell the "Ayutards" how much he pissed the "Gagatards"

both gals are amazing artists. we should not judge either one just because of the way some of their fans are.
