Probly this one is too advanced? lol. If this is a slower/"tidier" jazz, the song would gain more love :P.

my iTunes says I've been listening to this song ~35 times in 2 days :P.

#1 on Japanese iTunes. Was only a matter of time. Seriously, she can create and sell anything she wants now. Love it.

She's Utada, hear her roar......in Japanese, English and French. :cool

Indeed.

The song is slowly growing on me, thanks to that breakdown halfway through. I'm seeing the potential in it, but it's just so...random :laugh

Sorry if I'm harsh...but that's me. I'm pissed at this song. lol
I know people here who love everything Rihanna does, and I'm like...really?

I can't talk cause I am completely biased when it comes to ayu...but ughhh

sorry if I offended anyone.

BUT STILL. UGHHHH

Well, Japan is known for having different tastes...

The song is only number 1 because it's utada hikaru. Anything she releases is going to be at the top. Given they know about it lol

KuuXAyu-fan 11th October 2010 06:28 AM

If I remember correctly iTunes actually isnt that popular in Japan at all like it is in the US or UK.

THIS IS WHAT I MEAN.
I love hikki, but ugh.

If ayu did this song, I would not want her to get #1.

so, whatever japan.

Hikki is Hikki. She's a sales monster!

I don't get the whole "I don't like this song by an artist I like so I don't want it to get no. 1" attitude. Seems a bit childish : /

This is true. She's kind of "Japan's sweetheart", and she takes so long releasing things, every single one of her albums feels like a come-back after a long break or something :laugh

Yeah agreed, can't we just be happy that her last singles/album is going to sell? I'm happy one of my favourite singers is so damn popular she can sell pretty much anything. :laugh

Hikki's way of releasing stuff is good. It's good to wait imo. And I don't care how much time she uses to produce amazing music, because I know I'll blown outta my mind at once. <3

How is it childish?
When I like an artist, of course I want them to reach the top.
If they release something of extremely low quality like this, and doesn't deserve to be at the top, shouldn't something else that DOES deserve it, get it?

That's what I meant.

emi♡ 11th October 2010 07:04 PM

^This is Japan. It is very possible that everything else being released atm is crap.
