SPYAIR to perform at Nippon Budokan for the first time

Rock band SPYAIR has announced that they will be holding their first Nippon Budokan concert on December 18th!

This was announced during the Tokyo performance of SPYAIR’s nationwide tour, “SPYAIR TOUR 2012′My World’“, on May 5th at Akasaka BLITZ. Before singing the last number, vocalist IKE declared their concert at the Nippon Budokan. In response, the crowd broke out into a thunderous round of applause and loud cheers.

SPYAIR has been steadily growing ever since making their major debut in 2010. Fans can look forward to what kind of show the band will present at their first concert at the famous Nippon Budokan.

SPYAIR to provide theme song to “The Amazing Spider-Man 3D”

On June 27th, rock band SPYAIR will release a new single “0 GAME“. It will be the theme song to movie “The Amazing Spider-Man 3D“, which will release in Japan on June 30th.

The song is an original by SPYAIR, who offered the film production company to feature it in the movie. The movie’s staff had high praises for the song and stated that it’s the perfect theme song for the film.

All the members of SPYAIR were die-hard fans of NICKELBACK, and a member of the band, Chad Koreger sang to the original series of the movie back in 2002. Member MOMIKEN(B) said that he’s seen every Spider Man film many times, and that they are also fans of Aerosmith. He also mentioned that SPYAIR is happy to be able to provide the theme song this time around.

i like the song, not their best song, but is good

the PV concept of 0 GAME reminds me of the same thing as BREAKERZ's Shakunetsu & also GLAY's I am xxx since all 3 PVs were used to promote movies + they included movie stills in the PVs as well :O

I guess the version of the 0 GAME PV included in the single's DVD will not have the stills of The Amazing Spiderman which I suppose will be much better :p

The 3 B-sides are only available in the CD only pressing of the single & MOVIN' ON was their 1st digital single released way back in Jan 1st this year

great to see that included in the tracklist as I really like that song :heart

I like it a lot; I'm rather new to Spyair, so I can't really compare it to other songs from them, but I really like it.
