I understand your viewpoint, but I'd have to agree with jbrat and AngelSenshi on this.

True, one can argue that we can do without all those eyelashes/contacts/stuff, but I seriously doubt that ayu will attend more TV lives or release more singles even if she drops all these misc activities. Besides, I'm glad that she's branching out and trying new things. Makes it exciting to see what she will come up with next.

^ I am sure she wouldn't and I am aware that the two things aren't really connected, I just think that I would rather have her diss those than the TV lives.

And this year's Best Artist is very early - at the end of November, rather than mid-December...

(And when was the last time she was on Best Hits Kayousai? She's not up-to-caliber for this over the past few years!)

I think Kouhaku is more likely than these other shows since she's going to be in the UK at the time of airing.

That's what I was talking about too, the Happy Xmas Show. She sang evolution and Days at the last one. She did No way to say and Together When... in 2007 as well.

I remember the evolution performance because people thought it was really odd that she sang it when she normally sings ballads at the event.

It's the same show? I was sure it was different since it was like ayu popped in a mall and people were happily surprised and watched and not a tv show =P

People popped up to watch the one in 2008 too. Apparently 2,000 TA members were invited, but 4,000 more viewers showed up during the course of the performance?

The year she sang White Christmas on Happy Xmas Show (2004?) seems like it was just yesterday for me, but it was so long ago! haha
