it's probably just an asian word in general...there's lots of truncated english words that japanese people put together.

We don't use them here because the majority of us are not japanese lol

I never heard of "selcas" as well. It's like saying "I Yakusoku that I'll do it tonight". To be honest I find it "Okashina furumai no", to do that. LOL, saying things people don't know. But whatever, I thought it was some kind of food. (I completely misplaced those japanese kanji words in their sentences LOL FUNNY ASDFGHL)


Yakusoku = promise
Okashina furumai no = strange behaviour

I dun think Japanese use the term selca. I only knew this word a few months ago from allkpop as well. It's possible that this term was invented by the Koreans.

PS: I just search online, it's indeed a KPop cultural thing.. --> 셀카.

^ I believe I read that she had some really good cameras at home and she uses them to take pics of her dogs, can't remember where i read it though, probably one of her recent interviews. She should use those to take pics of herself indeed ;)

no I dont want she had more than enough money to buy one,camera costs way cheaper than her LVs :laugh

guys maybe she's using the front camera of her iPhone,it's more easier for self cam,so remember that the resolution for iPhone's front cam it's not the same as the back camera,that's why it's a bit crappy and maybe when the car is moving (referring to her recent pics) the pics can be a bit shaky
