Hope someone gives some infos out of it.
She showed in her Instagram a song called GET NAKED (just the name). Taking about new songs being shelved this could be the GET NAKED I posted some time ago being registered last year, iirc. |
That title is so promising, hoping for something in the lines of HOT HOT

I liked that... hope her version will be released someday... |
^ I don't remember a song called Poltergeist from her.
GET NAKED was registered in 2016, so it's quite and old song. Back then it was a song only for Kumi, but now the registration is also for "NAMIE AMARU", probably a song that was sent to Namie back in the day as well. https://www.ascap.com/repertory#ace/...rkID/891029814 |
General sale for re(LIVE) at Lawson started today 10 am in Japan.
https://rhythmzone.net/koda/news/detail.php?id=1075435 https://l-tike.com/concert/mevent/?mid=320251 14 dates are completely sold out, including all Kawasaki dates and the final in Sendai. But only three dates have more than just a few tickets left (October 1 in Fukuoka and 9/10 in Osaka), all the others are almost sold out. Spoiler:
I've seen quite a bunch of Japanese fans on Twitter and Instagram searching for Kawasaki tickets this morning - guess there were quite a lot hoping they may have withheld tickets for the general sale or would add even more seats (they've added few seats to 16 of the 26 dates for the last spontaneous FC round, also to some Kawasaki dates). Guess they could have held so many more dates for the Tokyo area if they'd have wanted to. |
There were definitely Tokyo fans who thought her staff was bluffing about not adding dates. Many assumed the demand for Kanagawa and Osaka would translate into are least 5 more shows probably. Reality has set in and some of these fans are besides themselves now trying to get tickets.
The demand bodes well for arena dates next year. Kumi could easily sellout Yoyogi and Osaka Jo Hall. |
^now I'm even more glad that I got the double-deal :)
|
^ Very wise indeed. Corvina was right about hesitating for tickets this time.

I’m still bitter about no Nagoya dates:tipsy
But I’m gonna hope with all my heart that there will still be tickets available after I get paid!! |
So the television show with Kumi, hitomi, and Van aired. Apparently, Kumi became a trending topic on Twitter once again.
The episode seemed to get a positive reception overall. |
Yeah, 4 more dates sold out, 2nd Sendai show and 3 more in Osaka.
So there are only some tickets for 5 Fukuoka dates and 3 Osaka dates left. Also, her FC announced that they're going on summer holiday for 3 days - 13 - 15 August. Guess Kuu is going to have some free time then as well? @jiarongisme Thought about you, but as you weren't online... :( Fingers crossed for you, Xianghua! |
She posted on Instagram that she is re-recording with Mr.Blistah
|
Thanks, Corvina!

Probably to change/update the lyrics for the "Lucky Boy Lucky Girl" segment from JAPONESQUE Tour, he was part of the original performance back then.

Yesterday while Blistah was recording the new version of KO-SO-KO-SO for re(LIVE) tour Kuu also recorded a song of her own.
https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/6...923/QtsOvQ.png https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/6...923/8prXY2.png She mentions that even at the time of her debut, when she was performing in clubs, he was a good friend. Blistah himself shared another photo on his account and captioned it with "been a while ♡". https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/6...924/2DXmW5.png ----------------------------------------- On Bokura no Jidai Kuu told an anecdote about her debut. Back then in photoshoots she was told to never look directly into the camera and only to do photos from the side. She blamed the photographer for this first, but was told from the production side not to blame others and to learn from her senpai hitomi how to look good in any angle. So she realised that she has to work on her appearance herself as well. Back then at the start Kuu and hitomi had the same manager. Kuu met Tomiko Van from DAI the first time when she was 18 at the time of her debut, when she was invited to her home. They've worked with the same director. Kuu's surprised she's 40 already, cause she remembers back at her debut, how cool she thought she was driving her own car, fetching her, even though she's young as her. About her family she thanked Kenji for being such a good husband. He's very cooperative, doing the housework e.g., and also in times of fighting he apologises. She literally says: "Because he's a good husband, we're able to go on". Funny story she told: About two years ago in a fight she was so angry that he wouldn't understand that she threw a hole in a wall with her mobile phone! :laugh She's also in awe that hitomi has three kids and Tomiko Van 2, cause she thinks it's already hard with one, haha. She shares she makes bentos for 30 minutes in the morning and that she took part in a sports event of her son, e.g. in a parents-child relay. |
^I thought the maybe also update the yo-ho part from the pirate section.
and thanks for the translation. She is a cutie. |
I love hearing about their arguments. I’ve hit my husband with my phone before to scold him. I didn’t throw it and he probably deserved it, in case anyone thinks I beat my husband :laugh
|
lmao I know Kuu is feisty but I just can’t picture her putting a hole in the wall with her phone hahaha
|
^Japanese walls are out of paper tho :/
Anyways, any type of violence in a relationship is bad, remember that kids. |
