I'm sure it is. HMV.co.jp doesn't have the info yet, but perhaps in a few days' time.

Anyway, from towerrecords.co.jp, the DVD is slated to contain PVs for "Moments", "INSPIRE", "GAME", "CAROLS", some clips for album songs, and other stuff if I'm not mistaken. Sounds like a really good buy to me.
